Jose was prompt, courteous, competent and professional. He explained what was broken, and how he planned to fix it in easy to understand language. He described best practices for maintenance and why those practices would benefit us. I'm very happy with the service and repair he provided on behalf of D and H.

I was given the honest facts (with pictures) so I could make an informed decision to purchase a new system in the near future.
The install was done in less than a day and it was done incredibly well. Installing a 3 ton A/C gas pack on the roof of a house is not an easy job but these guys made it look easy. Practice makes perfect.

Technician Jose came out and gave a thorough documentation of the job listed. Making the company look legit and professional.

The name of damaged part that was listed was completely different from what was replaced. Jose, stated Current Controller and it was Capacitor. I found out from multiple companies that Capacitor lasts 10 to 15 years. My AC unit is 2 .5 years old. All parts were installed brand new on Nov. 2021. Jose showed me the replaced part and it looked New not a single rust. I called D&H to file a complaint and it took them for days to get back to me and then was told from manager Brittany that both listed parts can last two years.

During a routine HVAC service visit, Tech Aaron found several issues with the system. He explained the four problems in detail and offered a variety of solutions. He was able to address them during the same visit. Photos were provided. I was extremely pleased with the result and look forward to a cool summer. Kudos to D&H Air Conditioning and Heating and Aaron.

Sales, Too expensive for a new unit on my salary (disability). I thank him for coming. He thanked me for my honesty! Found out with another company that it wasn't the two fans that were needed. My existing unit needed a TXV. If I would have purchased the two vans I would have experienced the same issues intermittent cut off. 😱
