Our builder used Chas Roberts and they were able to come out and help us with warranty issues. My wife was concerned, because the filters look clean after 3 months. Chas Roberts tech came out and told us that the filter looks clean, but is dirty due to small sand like particles in the air in AZ. We are not from AZ originally and this was eye opening. Then he changed our fans to counterclockwise told us to use the circ option on the AC thermostat and even cleaned my living room fan blades for us. He also poked out the holder in the filter area so the filter will not clang up and down during use. I really appreciate Chas Roberts sending us a a great tech with 15 years experience. We have had our home for almost five years. Chas Roberts is contracted with our builder to put ac units in houses. We have had to have them come out every year since house has been built sometimes twice. Every year they say refrigerant is low and just add to hit and say they can’t find a leak. This time I call them lady looks at our history said yeas they have been out every year but we need to pay a charge for them to look at it. I tell her I don’t think I should have to pay since there has a problem since day one. She said since I said that she will not send any one out. This company is horrible and does not deserve even one star

My husband and I bought new construction from a general contractor and the sub used for HVAC installation and 2 year warranty servicing was Chas Roberts. We have a two zone system, therefore 2 separate units. There was absolutely no quality control before, during, after installation because neither unit cooled properly. We also never received our warranty/maintenance packages so we automatically lost the 10 year parts warranty and didn't know the required maintenance. We had 10 service calls within 2 years and never once did anyone ever go the extra mile to see what the source of the problem was or run a complete system check. The only thing it appeared that Chas Roberts was willing to do since they were on the hook for 2 years was "band-aid" the problem rather than going the extra mile to really test the system and find the real problem. We just had our entire HVAC system ripped out and a new one installed by another company and by isolating the duct system we found out that we had 68% leakage in the one zone that never worked or cooled properly! That borders on negligence in our opinion. The larger unit/zone had acceptable leakage (12%) but never cooled properly, it was as if we didn't even have a/c. Now that we have 2 properly running systems we actually know what A/C feels like! Based on our experience with Chas Roberts we cannot recommend them to anyone.

Not only did 1 of their drivers run a red light on Aviation Parkway. He didn't secure his load. A box with some huge metal piece fell out in front of multiple drivers in the left lanes.

It only took them five minutes to figure out the problem. With the triple digit temps outside they got my A/C working right away. Nice, courteous and professional!

Amazing service! We have had a couple issues, not with the equipment but with the electricity feeding the unit. Their technion Fransisco came out at 10 PM to fix the problem and found a couple other issues, one that was potentially a fire hazard that the electritions never checked or missed. He then made some improvements in the air flow because he noticed a kink in a duct. I will always recommend them, thank you for your prompt and friendly service.

Clayton came out for general maintenance, cleaning coils, and servicing the unit. He spent a good amount of time cleaning and making sure everything was in tip top shape! He showed up on time, he was polite, professional, knowledgeable and did a thorough job. I would definitely recommend Clayton at Chas Roberts!

Chas Roberts Heating and Air Conditioning repaired my unit yesterday. They came out within the promised time frame and Alberto, the Service Rep, was absolutely great. He stayed until the air conditioning unit came on, (he had to pour water on the unit for twenty minutes because it had become so hot.) It was nearly 100 degrees in the house. The price was reasonable and quoted up front. Thank you Chas Roberts.
