    Ruben was an excellent HVAC Technician because he called to see if we wanted him to arrive early, he cleaned the fingerprints off of the furnace door, followed up with us to make sure we recieved our email reciept, and the dogs really likes him.

    A Goodman heating and cooling unit was installed in my brand-new home at the end of 2006 by Chas Roberts. I bought the “never occupied” home from the bank in 2008. A discovery made a week ago, during routine service was that the person that did the original work installed the primary condensate drain in the air handler in the higher elevation drain location (wrong!). I contacted customer service. They put me in touch with supervisor John here in Tucson. John sent Fernando, their very experienced technician, to investigate. Fernando confirmed and corrected the workmanship error in under 20 minutes. Then, even though this was beyond the warranty period, they waved the service charge. The 2006 Goodman unit lives on, and Chas Roberts did the right thing. That made for a very happy birthday for me!

    We had an issue with one of our A/C units sounding strange and cooling poorly. A friendly technician named Matt called before the appointment and offered to come early, which worked great with our schedule. He followed my instructions to text instead of ringing the doorbell when he arrived (our youngest was napping). He inspected the outside and inside components, listened to my concerns, quickly identified the issue, explained it clearly and described what he was doing to solve it. After he solved it, he answered a few other questions and the A/C was already working far better. Overall, I’m very satisfied and impressed with their response.

    The tech was very informative and respectful. He was very friendly and right away informed as to what he was going to do. I really appreciated that he explained what the problem was and how it was taken care. He did a great job and I’m very pleased to have my unit up and running again

    After many try’s we finally found a service tech Bo, that could do the job that so many others could not. He was quick to find our problem and made sure he finally got our unit functioning correctly. Bo is the best. The previous techs left a gas leak and only made our problems worst. It’s a shame we had to go through the entire summer with no ac and suffer so much. If we had just gotten Bo to start with we could had a whole lot less stress for 6 months. Ask for Bo. The rating is not for Bo but for the company not taking our problem seriously. When someone tells you they smell chemicals when the ac is on they should do whatever it takes to get it fixed quickly. Not act like you don’t know what you are talking about.

    Francisco was very knowledgeable, and as soon as he entered my home, knew what the problem might be. He went right to fixing the problem, explaining throughout his repair. He also explained and showed me the correct settings for our thermostat which was was extremely helpful. Our home is new construction, with three thermostat zones. He took the time to reset each one and explain thoroughly a more efficient setting for our lifestyle. Highly recommend Chas Roberts and ask for Francisco

    The 1st techs hat came out to repair the system left without testing it all and it did not work. However we were able to get a second tech out 3 hours later, who resolved the issue but that should not have happened to begin with. I appreciate them being able to come out same day, I have elderly parents that live with me and it was getting pretty hot in the house.
