    Mathew was proficient, helpful, polite and went above and beyond to problem solve and to help with and be proactive for me in a bemusing situation. He took care of the running fan issue by replacing the thermostat. This was only one of the issues. He turned my attention to the pipes which seems to be the cause of the most annoying noice. I then immediately called a plumber. Thank you Mathew!!

    A/C unit is 6 months old, started making a grinding noise, I called, and the soonest appointment available was mid-way through the following week.

    Appt time was a 4 hour window (12-4pm). At 4:45pm no technician, no call. I called the appointment number and their website number, both lines rang for over 3 minutes, no answer. Their website shows they're open.

    Wasted half a day off work waiting for an appointment that never happened. No courtesy call, no rescheduling call, no answer at their office.

    Things happen, but missed appointments with ZERO communication is unacceptable.

    Setting biannual appointment is not difficult, but be ready to schedule out 2-3 months for regular maintenance. Our experience has been, for the most part, very good. Technicians tend to be thorough and professional. We did have one that apparently had too long of a day and was not able to finish. The office did line up a follow-up technician relatively quickly to finish the service.
    Also, be ready to spend a few minutes on the phone when calling. They are friendly and helpful, but if they have to communicate with a scheduler or manager, it can take a little time.

    Performed preseason maintenance of AC. Repaired a poor connection they made during initial installation during new construction 2.5 years ago. Resolved cost/warranty dispute to my satisfaction. I remain cautiously optimistic.
