Great AC system, 2 years so far

Not one issue.

Issac the service tech was on time. He thoroughly explained repair needed ( new capacitor)and cost to get AC running again. We also added a hard start kit and joined companies annual maintenance plan( fall and spring cleaning visits).
Very satisfied with this companies service.

In the past I have not had great experiences with Chas Roberts, but this time was different. Anthony knew exactly what had to be done. He was very polite and took time to answer questions and explain how the system worked. Anothony restored my confidence in Chas Roberts, but just to be safe I am going to request Antony in the future.

I called and they showed up that day, had top notch communication as I was in Illinois and repairs being done with my college son there. Pictures were sent, options and pricing was upfront. Very happy with service.

Lamberto could not have been more polite and professional! He was knowledgeable, and was willing to do whatever was necessary to make my compressor/condenser no longer vibrate when on. Keep him on your staff as long as you can - he’s going to do great things!

We bought a brand new house in June 2020. The house has a Chas Roberts AC unit. It went out within a month of living in our house, a tech came out and it was a bad compressor. Fast forward two years, it's happening again! It's 11pm and it's 82 right now. The techs are booked up for the night. Almost every neighbor has had issues with their unit. Every single one! They cut major corners, and use cheap parts. Please do not buy these air conditioners!

They were here to check A/C vent airflow balances throughout the upper and lower levels of the house. We were very satisfied with how timely the service person went through the various check points to discover how well the A/C is working and whether or not anything was out of code. A few minor adjustments were made and all was well. Thank you Chas Roberts!

Our kitchen hood vent was squeaking so he put an extension on the outside. He was earlier than expected. But fixed the issue quickly and was on his way. Very friendly, professional.

Fernando came to check a noise in HVAC, he was on time, contact before was great. He was knowledgeable, knew in 5 minutes what the issue had been. Great company, very professional employees!

I can't comment on the performance or quality of the HVAC system they installed in our new home yet, as we have just moved in. However, a technician came out today to vent a hood that had been backordered and just arrived. He was extremely professional and courteous. He was the most respectful of our home of any of the installers/technicians we have seen in the past week or so from multiple companies. He took great care to be clean and not damage anything, which was greatly appreciated. So as of right now, my opinion on Chas Roberts is very good, thanks to this gentleman.
