Technician Abel was the service technician that identified the problem as a leak in the air handler unit. He also noticed a faulty air filter housing unit. He temporarily set us up with ac service and ordered a new housing unit. On the following day Abel and his partner repaired the leak and during a down pour they went outside and rebooted the ac unit . On the following day Abel came back and replaced the air filter housing.
Through the whole process Abel was courteous and professional and kept me up to date through the entire process.

System wasn't blowing air. Diagnosed quickly as blower motor failure. Removed and replaced blower motor

I bought a new home, my unit was installed by Chas Roberts. Luckily within the the warranty the problems happened. The poor brazing job they performed started to leak Freon everywhere. The problem is they are cheap and braze copper to aluminum which comes down to the factor of not if it’s gonna leak, but when? The woman who came out to do the repair and replace the coil really was great and did a amazing job. I wish people like that were with companies that cared more about the work they put out. I’m out of warranty and I would honestly throw some flux on there and braze that back myself before I called them.

Fransisco was on time, replaced the old part in a straightforward manner, handled the “ paperwork” calmly and smoothly. He has excellent “people skills.” We have been with Chas Roberts since we moved here in 2012 and have ALWAYS had excellent routine maintenance and repairs when necessary.

Fernando was prompt, professional, personable, and answered all my questions; he also offered tips to increase the effectiveness of my HVAC system. For future preventative maintenance, I will ask that Fernando provides the service. Exemplary employee!

James was very knowledgeable and we appreciate his honesty and work.

Francisco came out for our Fall maintenance. He went above and Veronica's. Very knowledgeable, courteous, and professional. We scheduled our Spring maintenance with him while he was here!
