I am so pleased with Ulysses, my service provider. He was professional, knowledgeable and my cat Gracie adored him. He looked at every faucet, water line, hot water heater, hose bib and some I didn't know were there. He worked hard to keep my cost manageable for me. He is an asset to his company and I feel he's an asset to me as a consumer. so many good adjectives; nice, unassuming, pleasant, pet friendly....I look forward to seeing him in the future.

Caitlin was wonderful!! There was a small emergency here this morning, and she was very patient and kind. She took really good care of our units and explained everything carefully. Five stars for sure!!!

We had the nicest technician for our rental house come to service our ac and heating, his name is Brandon Bates. I have been with Orangatun almost 20 years now and this guy was a stand out. We have one older unit that will need to be replaced soon. This tech took his time explaining all our options. One of which was leasing option. The time the tech took as well as a no pressure attitude was very helpful to us on this particular visit. I highly recommend this tech. In fact I will be requesting him specifically for my summer tune up too.

Ulysses was very friendly and helpful. He was knowledgeable and shared his findings. He made recommendations and replaced 2 valves. He even took a look at our old fridge and got it working. I would recommend this company and would definitely request Ulysses again.

To keep it short, the tech's from OHS over the years who came to check unit semi-annually did not reset thermostat, thrice tried to sell me a new unit after just a few years of usage on my current unit which is still under warranty.
