I've been a customer with Orangutan for years, and every Spring and Fall Maintenance have been positive experiences. This year I had to replace my 11 year old Trane, purchased through Orangutan. Tech Josh and Mgr. David were fabulous in helping me choose a new Trane, and get a VERY reasonable price, with amazing, affordable financing! Jose was very courteous and efficient in the installation of the new unit, & the Smiley Crane operator was very friendly! Thank you also to Mark in Maintenance, for the superb pricing on a 10 year full maintenance coverage!

The tech Justin really went above and beyond what I figured we would get with our free monthly services after wr bought a new unit. The was no kind of sales pitch or pressure. In fact he showed me pics of the unit partially pulled apart and him testing the uv light along with other electrician tests. We did allow him to use our hose which burst having no clue who's fault it was but he was kind enough to replace the house. Thanks Justin. Representing youf brand very well.

We found Cyrus to be very personable and knowledgeable! He efficiently looked at all our heating and cooling and made reasonable recommendations for each. Bought this Trane system about 2 years ago from orangutan and it had be an awesome system. They didn’t finish installation of an additional air duct. Took 2 months to get it installed. There was one more thing that wasn’t installed which I asked specifically if it had been installed and they said yes! After asking the all the service technicians if both of my lights that removed or killed things in the air system were working all of them told me yes until the last service specialist said that there was only one light (cheaper one) installed! The 1200 dollar light filter wasn’t installed! My wife has had lung cancer and half of her right lung removed. The light that wasn’t installed was to help clean the air to help prevent sickness. They came out and installed a cheaper quicker to install light unit. The technician s some are good but most aren’t. Please think twice about using this company. Will get back to you after talking to the Manager!

Trevor Franco was here today to look a my air conditioner and there was problems with it and it was only 2 years old. He was able to get me a very deal for a new one and it is going to get installed tomorrow. He was very courteous and really helped me stay in my budget. He will also be here tomorrow when the installer comes. He took very good care of me.
Ulysses was here today to install a new water softerner. He had to take the old one out and had to run the line in the attic to the drain In the laundry room. Very professional and he made sure everything was done right before left.

John and Paul were here to do the HVAC maintenance, we are very happy with their service, we recommend Orangutan to our friend and family!
