This company is AWESOME! Came out to look at my unit and was fully transparent with us about what we needed. Their honesty really made our experience a 10/10 and I will be recommending this company to anyone and everyone!

They charged me $80 to come out and unclog my drain which they did not and charged me anyway. They didn’t unclog my drain they didn’t have the right tool to unclog the tool he did use to try to unclog broke.. I spent 80 for nothing my stuff is still clogged the plumber said I can come back tomorrow use the other machine and wanted to charge 400 to do that. On the top of that my faucet got broke now I have to replace that. The plumber stated the faucet was not his fault he touched it and it broke but it was working fine before he showed up so now I have to replace that out of my own pocket and he said they charge 300 to install. He broke one of the pipes under the sink had to go to the store to get a replacement part and even stated I usually charge u for this but I won’t even though he broke it not me. This whole experience was awful! He didn’t even quote me before he started the work to make sure it was in my budget let me remind u I only needed my drain to be unclogged and the fact that he didn’t even have the correct machine and to him they said the company only had one and another plumber was using it. Than why come out and waste my money and time if u didn’t have the proper equipment.. I’m not happy to pay $80 when nothing was done he walked out of here not fixing anything I have more damage than I did before and all I wanted was for them to unclog the pipe. I would not recommend! This was a terrible experience. How are u gonna charge a 80 unclogging fee and not unclog it and charge the customer anyways even though they left here not fixing nothing and wanted to charge me for all these machines to unclog it. Makes no since so disappointed..

Very happy and impressed with the service and my new system. Trevor was great at explaining everything and going over the Advantage program. The installers were very polite and professional. The installation took a lot less time than what I expected and I would recommend Orangutan / Service Experts to everyone! Thanks guys!!!!

Jay and Chris were awesome! They came to my home to do my semi-annual inspection for Air & Heat. During the process, they identified an issue with one of my parts. Not only did they help determine that it was covered under my warranty, but they were able to get it order and installed within the 2 days. Appreciate the great service!

I would just like to say that I have been using Orangutan Home Services since we moved into our home in 2017 and their teams are amazing. From the phone conversations to techs onsite, always first class service. We just had Branden come by today to do our service visit, which consists of looking over our equipment, talk about future plans for units and make sure we were happy with everything. Fantastic job today Branden. Great customer service with their whole team and recommend them to anyone that has any AC/Heater needs in the future.

It's July 2023, as of Feb of 2024 I will have been a customer of Orangutan Home Services for ten years. And in that ten years they've:

Fixed damage to my home caused by the previous HVAC firm I used, but caused more.

They've installed a brand new HVAC package unit, and failed to maintain it correctly.

So here I am just trying to survive the Summer one more time before this unit turns 10, and they're telling me the unit requires half of its total value in repairs. IT'S STILL UNDER WARRANTY! But that doesn't matter, because the warranty only covers components that have failed, not components that are failing.

The short version is this, if you purchase a unit from Orangutan with a 10 year parts and labor warranty. They will neglect the unit for ten years, which damages the unit such that once the warranty expires you'll be forced to replace the unit.

Take your business elsewhere, and don't be a dope and purchase an extended warranty.

A week later, and Orangutan has sent yet another HVAC tech to my home. This one very good at bad cop negotiating. This was literally a commiseration session, with this tech confirming every nightmare I had already experienced. His angle however, was that this situation exists industry wide. And while all this is going on? He's shooting silicone into my unit's condensation drip pan to plug the holes his coworkers made. Exactly the thing I was going to do myself, but was told not to.

Nothing in this exchange changes my opinion. After a decade of using Orangutan Home Services, I can prove two things.

1.) They do not care about their customers.
2.) They will not maintain your unit when you pay for maintenance. I literally paid for absolutely nothing.

My advice to all remains the same, RUN don't walk RUN to another vendor. Find one that least knows how to clean a coil.

I am grateful for the last guy that game out here though. He's an honest man working in a den of thieves.

Ricky just serviced my home plumbing. He is a most knowledgeable engineer on my home plumbing system. His service techniques explained to me will be highly effective in keeping parts of my systems more operational.

Daniel, TJ and Javier did a great and professional job replacing our ac unit and coils in our attic. They cleaned up after themselves and even though the job was tough and they were here about 6 hours, we were very happy with their work.

Orangutan installed my new water heater. And ever since i’ve had issues (my aunt). But they sent out the most amazing technician his name was Cyrus. He assured me. He was helpful, and got the job done in 30 minutes. Thank you Orangutan for great service, and making this right! Hope to Cyrus again on my next appointment!
