Luis came out to assess my parent's AC unit. They were out of town so ease and peace of mind were a top priority. Luis made the process so easy. He was honest, personable, professional and trustworthy. I am so grateful that we found a company that we can trust to fix the air conditioning unit. My parents ended up having to buy a new unit and we were given options with a significant price difference to help make a choice. We were able to get this installed next day with ease. My parents came home to a new A/C unit with minimal work on their end since Luis made the process so easy. Thank you so much for taking care of my family.

Mixed review. It was a fast service however done poorly. My "brand new" unit is not even working properly. Took one single tech 8 hours today to "figure out" a problem that apparently the installation techs done poorly. Who may I add, were cussing around my children, goofing around the entire time (which I have video of on security cameras.) But yet expect me to pay over 11 grand for a faulty system? Company probably won't see a dime of it until this problem is 1000% fixed.

Jordan & Chris were working across our street and I asked about a service check. They contacted their office to see if they could. They came over in about 20 mins and checked unit and then went thru options very well

Jordan and Chris were awesome….even tho he says he informed me and I say he tried to sale me extra stuff…Actually they both really nice…give them a raise.

Today’s work done by the field personnel was great. Ricky &,Richard the plumbers and Justin the HVAC guy were timely, knowledgeable and great to deal with.

John Lopez performed my six month checkup today. He informed me of a corrosion problem. I asked him if I could do anything to slow it down. He advised me that he thought an air purifier system might. He explained why. I asked him if he had the things he needed in his company van to perform the installation. I asked him if Orangutan had a finance plan. He said yes to both and I immediately applied for financing and was approved. John installed the purifier and told me I should see improved air quality in a couple of days. He was helpful, courteous and friendly. I have been a customer of Orangutan since it was American Home Services and over time the technicians have become more pleasant and more professional. John is one of those. Interacting with him was agreeable and when he left I had a sense of well being about my home's comfort system. Thank you Orangutan.
