Ulysses was very knowledgeable. He was very fast and efficient. Had everything he needed on the truck. Gave me great suggestions and was very thorough even checking the water pressure. I was having a flooding issue in my downstairs bathroom. They were very quick to dispatch somebody when I called. I waited less than two hours before Ulysses came. All end all a great experience. Five stars all the way. I will definitely use them for all my plumbing needs.

We have been very pleased customers of Orangutan Home Services since 2014. They have a great home service program. Ricky did an awesome job installing a new water softener! Tuesday we replaced both A/C units with Bosch units. Two fully equipped trucks and 4 technicians came to install. Thanks to both teams of Andrew and Cory! All 4 technicians were respectful, courteous and friendly. Throughout the day they would give us updates of what they were doing and what the next step was.

Had a great service team visit with Ash & Garry today for our semi-annual check up. They were thorough, diligently checking out both our AC and furnace units, scoped out possible problems and stayed with it until they had resolved an error message. Thanks for your professionalism gentlemen! 👍

I had one of the most amazing customer service experiences today. On top of getting my plumbing needs met, I was so impressed with the level of customer care and our technicians ability to articulate what was going on in a customer friendly way. Ricky, was intuitive to our needs and very proactive in his approach to repair. Overall, I was so grateful for heart of this company as well as their expertise.

I just had my airducts cleaned and the aeroseal applied by Orangutan home service . Kudos to Chris and Rob - they worked very hard and did a great job. Communication was great - they explained every step of what they were doing and what we can expect. Chris explained the end result which is a great reduction of wasted air flowing away from the vents. This process will prevent the HVAC unit from overworking to maintain the temperature. I just want to say these guys are a real asset to Orangutan home service. I can't repeat this enough.
