There doesn’t seem to be much consistency. One technician will tell me one thing that needs to be done and the next time I have the same problem another technician will tell me that it’s a different solution. I’ve had 9+ guys come out to our apartment to try and fix the same problem that I’ve been having for A YEAR now. I don’t understand why it isn’t fixed. Luckily, I’m renting and no damage has been done (as far as I know), but I’m tired of having to be home for these guys to come out and check out our A/C Unit and I’m tired of it sporadically leaking.

Trevor Franco and Brandon street are incredibly efficient, friendly people who made the shocking news of needing a new ac much easier to handle. I have always liked your company and they only add to my positive experience of your company. - a true joy to work with.

Jess, Service person (Jess) was thorough and explained everything. He took multiple pictures, was polite and on time. I’d use them again

Plumbing service. The main line into the house was the backed up ca therefore water etc.. was coming back thru the drains. Ricky identified the problem, (actually showed the pictures in the pipe). He walked me through everything he was doing and what I needed to do to prevent it happening again. Ricky is amazing!!!

Branden and Eric did a great job of checking my water heater and water. Eric did find a small issue to fix and pointed that out which I didn't notice. Eric showed how hard our water is and the advantages of a water softener, which we will consider. Both were very professional and very easy to speak with. They answered my questions and I was more than pleased with the entire team all the way around. Thanks!!

Chris W and Paul arrived in a timely fashion, the performed excellently with the cooling maintenance. Paul was very helpful and explained my options, Chris W. Is a great technician, a real joy to work with.

First service team to show up diagnosed my problem all wrong and he had a person with him to train. Second service guy was Omar and he ordered all the parts and diagnosed it correctly. Today I had a 3rd service tech named Shelton with the parts Omar ordered all under warranty and now that they are installed everything is working properly and we have heat. First time in 2 weeks. Thank God Omar and Shelton know their jobs. First service tech was charging me over $5,500.00 that’s half of what I paid for the unit new. Parts installed today were all under warranty and I was told I would only have a trip charge of $83.00 Big difference from $5,500.00 Looking forward to seeing that $5,500.00 refunded. Also the drywall repair guy is here to repair the area to get up into the attic. Big shout out to Omar and Shelton for knowing their jobs and not trying to gouge me. Sincerely, Robert Miner

Had Chris and Paul stop by to maintain our AC and water heater. They were quick, informative, and explored solutions with us for our home’s hotspots without being pushy. Will be happy to use their services again.
