Cyrus , he was the best technician I've worked with. Told me the answers to my questions. Was knowledgeable and very polite. His skills set is amazing . Checked what needed to be checked " run caps" "thermostat settings " "coils" simply a breath of fresh air compared to working with Trevor and old tech who tried scamming us to buy a new compressor plus went nothing was wrong. Please ask for Cyrus . If they didn't let go of the old tech I'd probably leave the service in general bit since the bad apple is outta the bunch I'm more than happy with my service from orangutan. And I will come back. Hire more techs like Cyrus. Quality techs with no bs or scams. Good stuff team @ orangutan
