Gary was very courteous and efficient. Very friendly and explain to me the program with the plumbing and HVAC system. He did a great job and I am pleased he came to do the work so efficiently.

SCAM ALERT!!!!
Orangutan installed my AC unit 5 years ago and checked on it bi-annually. They just came out and said the compressor was broken and showed me a video of it frozen over. They said I need a new unit and they checked but it is not under warranty. They said they didn't install it.
I then found my warranty paperwork (it IS under warranty). The pprwork also showed that they DID install it.
I had another AC guy check it same day and he said there was nothing wrong with compressor and it was not frozen over.

Apparently it is a known AC scam that they will pour water on it to make it freeze,video it to scare you, and get you to buy parts/units.

The 2nd guy also noted the install was improper and causing roof damage. Also, there was a gauge and a cap missing, the new guy fixed the issue in 5 minutes and was surprised if they had been there that day, and in years past, they never actually serviced the unit.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. My friend paid for 3 years of monitoring service, but Orangutan only paid for 3 months and the monitoring service was cancelled. Now he has a useless alarm system (which was like pulling teeth to get installed in the first place). Nobody answers the phone, and when they do (about once every 25 times we call) they "take a message" and say someone will call us back, which of course never happens. They are unethical crooks.

Trevor and Branden were wonderful. Very professional courteous and so easy to work with. Helped out with financial concerns and made it work for us!

On 4 Jan 2023 Chris and Rob performed an insulation job in the ceiling of my home. Their work was excellent. They were professional and courteous at all times. Chris took the time to explain everything he did. I highly recommend them.

Jordan and John were amazing helped get us set up with new air conditioner and water heater. Explained the whole process and pricing.

Andrews and Paul were here today for my unit. I’m on an advantage plan and Andrews explained everything he did to the unit and was very professional. Paul was here and he explained a lot of the services that Bob Brown has for us and I appreciate their service today and I think them very much.

Ray and Jay were awesome. We have been customers of Orangutan for many years and this has been by far our best experience. Thank you for the outstanding service!

I have a Bad experience from this company when I have my HVAC check technician did do what I asked for when I requested for a service check on my Freon level instead give me a sale pitch for an advantage program they have to offer which I didn’t ask I will not do business with them anymore or refer them to others. Simple request check up that was not performed how hard could it be to just check my Freon.

Cyrus showed up on time and answered all questions I had he even showed me what I'm doing wrong. Very informative all around great and will be getting us more filter and very nice and friendly
