Mike R. was extremely professional and friendly. He explained everything that was happening with my AC units, both good and bad. Mike had a smile during the entire tune up and after when we were discussing next actions. I appreciate Mike's professionalism and friendly demeanor. You can tell her enjoys his job and the people he works with. Thank you Mike!

Shey Potter and his helper did an excellent job. They were professional and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The service we received was amazing and the installation went very smooth. They cleaned up everything afterwards and were very thorough in everything they did explaining details and everything included. We were very pleased with the final installation and I’ll be asking for Shey Potter for future installations as well.

Bought a new A/C system from Costco. Collins does the work for Costco in my area. The installers were on time, did the work in a professional manner, cleaned up after they were done. I could not ask for more. The installation gets five stars!

Buying from Costco/Collins is sort of complicated. This makes it sort of tough to compare with other vendors. The experience approached buying a car in terms of complication and price transparency. Be patient, take your time and figure it out.

Once the complicated stuff was taken care of. The installation went smooth. Day two and the system is still working!

Chase was on time, neat and professional. He explained what was needed and the options available. He wasn’t even mad when we chose the least expensive one! He quickly completed the work to our expectations. We highly recommend Chase for all your plumbing needs! Added bonus… he looks like Travis Kelsey!

my AC went out on Easter day. I called on Tuesday, and COLLINS responded and sent Paul to my house the same day. Paul ordered the parts and installed them this evening. He was here until 7:20pm! My AC is back on, and I am comfortable again. I cannot say enough about Paul and his professionalism and his skill. He definitely needs a raise

Josh arrived on time and was the 2nd HVAC company that I called in for a review and estimate for a replacement 5 ton unit. His knowledge of the a/c business was outstanding. I mentioned to him up front that I was not about to sign a contract at this time. That did not deter him from giving me an unsurpassed education of all the "nitty-gritty" needed to make a decision on such an expensive and necessary purchase.

The history of Collins and his experience with them and the industry has entered my mind in a highly positive manner. what he shared with me about the current installation and what is needed and options was amazing!

We are meeting again within a week for any final decision.

I like the way he presented his company and himself. It is so unusual in this day and age.

Our service tech, Shawn, was amazing. He was very professional, polite and patiently explained what he did and what he found. Never have we ever dealt with such a professional person. We will definitely be requesting Shawn for any additional service needed in the future.

Edgar and Alex spent the day installing and updating our air and heating system. They were diligent, professional and courteous. They explained everything they did and walked us through the functions and use of all the equipment. We are completely satisfied with all the work and with the manner in which it was done.
