Darryl came out with Sam to give an estimate of new a/c installation and work needed to do the best job. He was very professional. He was very thorough and reassuring to meet all the challenges my old home gave. I was very pleased and comfortable with the service provided so I decided to accept buying unit and work needed to be done. Thank you.

Jonathan did an outstanding job for us. He was very professional and thoroughly explained everything he was doing. I highly recommend him. I am writing this outstanding review for Jonathon because he deserves it, but I am not happy with Collins because I believe that during the AC install certain equipment I was damaged or it was faulty to begin with. I base this on simple math - the amount of refrigerant required during 2 successive visits versed time that passed. Feel free to use only the comments about Jonathon on your website because he was very good!

Dustin came out to provide my annual pm service my water heater/softener. As expected, he was clear & concise about what he was doing. He allowed me to ask dumb questions and gave me no-nonsense answers. Heck, he even disposed of a deceased pigeon that somehow landed in my front yard without even asking. Well done.

Brandon was on time, professional and showed me everything that needed to be replaced. It was maintenance on our RO, Softwater and hot water heater. They gave me a 5% Veterans discount which helped a lot. They also offer a monthly service plan which I know will save us a lot of money in the future.

Our water softener failed early Saturday morning. They were able to come out same day, assess the situation, give me an estimate, and then fix the problem same day. Amazing customer service, amazing plumber, and I will absolutely use them again.

Our Heat pump went out last week. Upon getting multiple bids from AC companies, we decided to go with Collins. I'm very happy that we did. Their program through Costco saved us quite a bit of money. Our sales person Kala was fantastic and easy to work with. No pressure, and she explained all of our options. After signature, our new AC split system was installed the very next day! The install crew led by Matthew did a fantastic job. I am very happy and would recommend Collins to anyone needing service or a new unit.
