Rueben did a phenomenal job. I wasn’t getting water from 3 faucets that hadn’t been used much. He quickly figured out it was mineral build up and replaced the faucets and flex hoses for me. Great associate!

Paul is amazing! He is the most honest technician I have ever met. The only problem was a breaker needed to flip over. He did not try to upsale a compressor (as so many do) and even explained to me what he did. Amazing asset to Collins Comfort Masters. I recommend this business without hesitation and will definitely save the number! If you need ac help, this is the company to use! Ask for Paul!!!!

The technictian was quite professional, I had confidence in him right away. He quickly identified the identified the problem and suggested a solution. He explained everything and showed us visually on the unit. He proposed a solution without a lot of fooling around. He's articulate and very cordial. He was very thorough.
We are going to ask for Shawn the next time we call Collins. We will recommend him (and Collins) to our friends.

Adam was very professional and thorough. He took time to explain what he was doing and to answer my questions. I got my HVAC system installed with Collins a few years ago and they do a fabulous job maintaining it. They are my go to HVAC company.

Chris G. and Richie did a great job replacing my 5 ton unit. Removal and installation was very professional. Did a good job explaining how the new system works. Went from an old train unit to a Bosch system. So far it's working great.

Had a great experience with this company. Paul was very nice and very professional very knowledgeable. We've had multiple companies out to try to fix the problem that we've been having and I think this time. Paul was able to get it fixed for good! Will definitely be using this company in the future!

I would definitely use the services again, because not only was he professional, but he was honest he took very good care of everything needed to be done. He explained pricing before, and during the time that he was working on everything. Plumbing tech arrived on site within a reasonable time frame. He was friendly and knowledgeable regarding installation issues. However, the estimate provided for the service needed was beyond my current budget allowance. I paid an $89 estimate fee.
