Collins Comfort Masters

I noticed my kitchen faucet was leaking and called Collins for help, they were able to send someone over in less than 24 hours and my technician completed my repair super fast. He gave me a lot of great insight on my kitchen sink and other repairs that might need managed. Very affordable as well. I will certainly use their service again!

Very happy with Paul and the whole experience so far. Called this morning, got an ETA text, got an ETA phone call and he was early. The current promo of no charge for the service call was great too so we could figure out the problem before we spent any money. Paul temporarily fixed the problem right away. We have a new unit ordered and in the meantime Paul offered to de-freeze it again if needed for no additional costs. Very happy so far!

Great company, was able to come out next day to look at our AC, Kelson our technician was very friendly and super helpful! He was able to replace our compressor right away and the house started cooling down. Thank you for prompt service!

My thanks to Cathy for expediting my project and putting me in touch with Josh, who came out within two hours, did a complete survey, came up with a perfect solution for my needs, and gave me a great offer the same evening. And, my eternal gratitude to my two new heroes, Mario and Garrett. They worked tirelessly for 12 hours straight. They took apart and out the old AC system, replaced half the old ductwork, cleaned and insulated everything else, put together the new system, configured and tested everything, and left the house as clean as it was when they came in. I believe Josh mentioned that they pride themselves on being ninjas; Mario and Garrett lived up to that promise.

These people should write the book on customer relations, professional conduct, and work quality. They went above and beyond to deliver a wonderful experience from the moment I walked in to the moment they walked out, having replaced my AC and quietly fixed every issue they encountered along the way at no extra cost.

I'm very impressed with the service I have received from Collins Comfort Masters beginning with my initial call into the office through the completion of my service call. The technician, Neima was very knowledgeable and professional. Although I have had other companies come for maintenance none did a thorough job as Neima did. He did an outstanding job and I feel confident about the quality of his work. I am going to sign up for the monthly membership!

Dwight was awesome. Took the time to trouble shoot an ongoing issue I've had with my plumbing. Performed work on hot water heater which needed some attention. Very pleased with his professionalism and service.
