Called for our annual service, gentleman who we spoke with initially was difficult to understand and provided incorrect service call price. Received follow-up call the day of service and spoke with another representative, she was friendly and stated per our call record we talked with someone from their after hours phone service. Service call was $30 more than quoted but decided to keep appointment since it was that same day. Received notice when our technician arrived. Brandon was super friendly and respectful of our home. He performed our annual service on the water softener/RO system and replaced the rods in the water heater. Based on the rods deteriorating faster than expected, we decided to upgrade to a whole house filtration system. Brandon was able to install this as well. Would use this provider again!

I purchased a top of the line Lennox HVAC system about 3.5 years ago. It developed a leak a year ago, clearly either a manufacturer’s defect or improper installation. Because it initially occurred outside Collins Comfort Masters personal 2y warranty, they’re refusing to fix it without charging me upwards of $2000. It has leaked again because they didn’t return to fix it last year as they were supposed to, and now they expect me to pay for adding coolant, but I was told it does have “some coolant left.” The unit has been running for hours without any change in temperature during a 109° day.

I purchased the unit with this company because I’ve been a customer for over 20 years and I thought they would honor warranties.

Jesus was the best part of today rxplained what he was going to do clean out system and condenser then replace with new condenser I saw another man show up I went out afterawhile somewhere in the system something was not starting condenser, they retraced the system and for a reason unknown the capisitor that was put in the week before had failed. they had an extra put it in success it was now able to blow hot and cold air!!!. I am now completely happy now after my original over payment that has now been corrected so my repair cost was $571 Thank you Aaron, Jesse, Mike and the whole collins comfort masters team

I had to replace my AC since the unit was 23 year old and it stopped working. I was dreading the process and expense but Monty the sales rep was very good and informed me on all my options he was quick and had Jose install my AC a day later. Jose and his team were great. He was informative, on time , respectful and preformed a great install.

Knowledgeable technician that had the patience to explain how my system was performing on routine system check up.
She was able to identify a low refrigerant situation. She checked for possible leaks inside, outside and, bless her, also the attic.
She recharged the system, which should make cooling my home easier.
She also identified several things that will need attention in the near future. Giving me the time to budget for those expenses.

We were shopping around for new units to replace our old HVAC unit and we stumbled upon this company. They were very fast at responding to us as it was the next day they came to our place. Kara came over to look at our unit and she was very detailed in what she was examining and explained the differences in the units that they offered. There was no hesitation in finding the right one through them. Once we figured out the perfect unit for us it was the very next day we got it installed!! The ones who came to install it were Mario and Jonathan. They were super nice, professional, made sure the job got done correctly, and showed us specifically what they were doing! I was very impressed and absolutely satisfied. 100% would recommend their services.

Had a water softener system that needed to be maintained. Tech, Dustin was thorough, professional and explained the process. Knew the water system I had and maintained it accordingly. He answered all my questions about the system. Fixed the issues and the systems works great now.
