We needed an annual service on our water softener and our reverse osmosis system. Our technician, Brandon was very knowledgeable and thorough with his inspection. He did a nice job in explaining how to maintain the water softener. We will call them again for future services.

I can't say enough good things I was impressed with the care and quality of work. Daniel & Michael did a great job making sure they protected my flooring & belonging during the replacement of an HVAC system.

Fantastic experience! My ac went out Monday. I'm on the membership plan and they got Paul out the same night. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it the next day! Very professional. I'm so impressed.

Our installers Mario and Richard were great. They explained the process and answered questions my young son’s had about the materials.

I called CCM on Tuesday morning for no heat and by noon I had a repaired system. The technician arrived on time and troubleshot the system quickly. Total time onsite for repair including trip for parts was three hours... pretty good I think. Very nice job, thank you.

Absolutely stellar experience with Audrey. She was personable, knowledgeable, and answered every question I had about both system and warranty to gain understanding, and was patient with me while I ran numbers or asked further question. Daniel came out to give me a Water softener system quote. He answered all my questions and was patient. I liked the way he responded, showing he had more than just surface knowledge. We have a well so more is needed. I am one of those people that how you communicate can be a deal breaker. Thank you look forward to install.

Kyle Wallace initially helped me out when my A/C first broke. I didn’t know what to do but Kyle was amazing!!! he helped explain everything to me and I could tell he actually cared about helping me and I trusted him. The technician was great as well and fixed everything very quickly and efficient. I will definitely recommend Collins Comfort!
