It was filter changes and routine maintenance.
Todd was great! Over the top make sure to do my job and do it well. I have never had a problem with any technicians. Everyone has always been great. But Todd excelled and now he's the only guy I want coming out to our home.

We love Collins Comfort Masters as they are always professional, but friendly. They are always knowledgeable about the services they provide and the technicians are skilled. We bought our Lenox through them in 2016 and they have been the only ones to service it. Thank you Collins!!

I’ve only dealt with their customer service and had a guy (Tim) come out to give me an estimate. I’m very pleased with their service so far! If I decide to get a new A/C I will definitely use them!

Damon from Collins comfort was very pleasant to deal with. He showed up earlier then projected, was very professional. He was very knowledgeable, didn't waste anytime explaining exactly what was going on!

Todd was given the wrong address for my former home, he was very respectful when I acknowledged I had moved 2 years prior. R.O .system, water heater, and water softner maintenance. All completed in a timely manner. Dog friendly with my deaf dog. I have used Collins for my AC this is the first time for water issues. I will continue to use them in the future.

Everyone from Elizabeth our sells rep to Chris and his partner who installed our system were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. All of our questions & concerns were answered and work done was efficient. Chris & partner made sure everything was cleaned up when they were finished in & outside.

Helpful crew. It’s pricey but when is HVAC in AZ every cheap? They were kind and prompt and walked us through all of the processes quickly.

Jonathan quickly identified our HVAC problem and handled the necessary repairs. We had him install a new thermostat and he did that efficiently and cleaned up the area when he was finished. Jonathan was polite and courteous. We were able to get same day service from Collins Comfort which was awesome especially since it was a Friday. I would not hesitate to use them in the future for heating and cooling needs.
