    Had Derrick out today, Nov 22, 2019, to determine e why the furnace would not turn on and why the thermostat had error messages. He tested the system and determined its was a faulty thermostat, which was replaced. Derrick was courteous, clean,listened and followed appropriate steps plus did various tests to assure the system was operating correctly. A good AHR representative .

    I have worked with AHR Mechanical for almost 10 years. The owner Michael Jagoda personally went over HVAC options with us when our old unit died in 2005 and got us what I feel was the best possible option within our budget. Over this past ten years I have found this company to be consistently honest, reliable and easy to contact. Overall a great family-owned company in the valley.

    When a bad review is left, then a family member of the company leaves a five star review right after that, you should probably think twice about ignoring the bad review.
    UNBELIEVABLE what just happened here!!!! Especially in the dead of summer. So much for customer service. Mike, who identified himself as the owner of this company could NOT have been more rude if he tried. We have ONLY used this company at our business for years and when we had an issue, because the cooler went out (that was replaced last summer)… With the type of industry we work in, it's IMPOSSIBLE to run the business. We would have to shut down for the week which is not even an option.
    In a nutshell, the technician came out, said we needed a new motor and it would take a few days too order. Really? He said we needed to talk to Mike about this. We did so and he was very blunt, rude, arrogant and said he needs his tech out on other calls and cant help us today. I was pretty shocked. We even asked if WE went up the street to buy the motor could the tech put it in? Once again NO... I think the thing that disgusts me the most right now is just how he spoke to our owner. We MUST have air today. NOT NEXT WEEK or later in the week, but TODAY...and this was very possible, because we were even willing to do half of their work by going to a place and buying one.
    END RESULT: My guys went and bought a motor, stopped production on our business and installed it themselves. We are up and running cool air now, however my company, the entire industrial complex I work in and anyone we know, I will absolutely NOT recommend this place. It's actually very sad that they did that. Good luck!

    I Had Derek Franke here today, 11/21/19, to help fix the heating side of my heat pump. Not only was he thorough and very informative, he clearly explained the issue and fixed it in no time! He is a true asset to this company and I hope he services my unit from here on out.
    I would 100% recommend this company and Derek especially! What a well rounded young man and gentleman.

    They're always able to schedule me in an acceptable time frame and they're really good about communicating ahead of their visits - including the name and a photo of whom to expect at the door. Also, Omar is the best service guy. Clean, courteous, and explains everything.

    These guys are great! They come - even on weekends - and diagnose the problem correctly - always a good fix, and always (so far, fingers crossed) very inexpensive to fix. I have an air conditioner that is 18 years old, so I am always expecting the worst - so far it hasn't happened. They are building trust with me for the inevitable day I need the AC replaced! Couldn't recommend them more highly.

    I have been a "Cactus Club" member for the past 4 years. AHR helped me through some tough misconfigurations from the initial installers....not caused by them. I renewed my Cactus Club membership for 5 years. Today they came for their semi annual inspection. I was surprised they recommended 3 different replacements to the toon of ~$800. I was able to get a second opinion and most of the recommended actions were not justified. I provided minimal information to the alternative vendor. I am truly disappointed by these results. I am on the hook until 2021 with AHR but will be cautious with any suggested recommendations for service. Also, the quoted prices for today's suggestions were out of line from the second opinion.

    No matter what the problem, AHR has professionally attended to every detail in order to save me from further inconvenience, worry and expense. Mike makes very sure that every service person he sends knows how to deal with code and creative alterations in order to maximize the proficiency of my AC/Heating units. I have complete confidence in AHR.

    Been a Cactus Club member for 5+ years. Best customer service who respond quickly to any problem. They just installed a new Trane system in our house. The Trane system is great but AHR is greater for their service. Highly recommend AHR Mechanical

    Chris Reeves came in and within 20 minutes had our problem identified. After studying it for a while found a "Cap" needed to be replace instead of a compressor! That was quite a remarkable savings to us. Also he suggested we have the drain pan replaced due to rust, install a float valve and level our unit in the attic. All that would not have had to be done if the unit would have been properly installed. We have not be in the house long and our house is only 3 & 1/2 years old. I would recommend these guys to anybody that asked.
