We had AHR come out and clean out years of dryer vent lint as new dryer was taking forever to dry laundry. Nathan was our technician and did a thorough job of clearing the line. He was professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend him without reservation.

AHR was recommended to us by my parents, and grandparents, who have been using AHR for decades! We have had nothing but great experiences with them. We purchased a new home last year and had them come to check out the 19 year-old unit. They told us the unit looked great for its age and they didn’t need to do anything. Our bill was $0!!!! Then a year later, our unit had some minor issues on the first 110 degree day. They came out after hours and repaired it quickly. They are amazing, honest and professional. I highly recommend.

We have been using AHR for a lot of years and have always had positive results. But yesterday when it was 105 degrees our air conditioning decided to quit working. I called AHR and even though we live out in the rural county area, they were out within an hour or so. Chris was so nice, friendly, knowledgeable and tried to explain everything he did to solve our issue. Have used HR Mechanical for my heating and cooling needs. I just had my drier vent cleaned. This was an add on service that they worked with my schedule to take care of. The technician, Asher, arrived within the designated time window, was professional and efficient. Highly recommend.

Chris Reeves from AHR Mechanical recently performed a service check up and coil cleaning on my AC unit and the service couldn't have been more pleasant. Chris was great at explaining everything, on time and the cost was very reasonable compared to other companies. My unit is performing better and I feel confident AHR will keep my AC cooling the house all summer! AHR is a great company. I had a issue with my AC and had two companies that my Home Warrenty company sent out fix it. Both companies failed to fix the problem. AHR caame out and fixed it no problem. 2 years later I had to replace my unit cause it was 20 years old. I used AHR again for that and was very happy with their service and price for a new unit. Their Employees are very friendly and do great work. They even put on covers for their shoes when I told them it was not needed since my floors are wood. I also have them come out twice a year just for AC check ups. Great Company, use them and you will be happy with their service.

Chris and Mike arrived promptly to do our Fall check up. They were both professional and friendly. They even cleaned our clothes dryer vent which was greatly appreciated. We have used AHR for 25 years now and are very happy with their services.

AHR Mechanical did an inspection today and found some serious issues. Nate was our technician and I explained my mom just came home from the hospital and she wasnt doing the best and she has very strict rules on how things should go ...lol. He was extremely patient kind friendly knowledgeable and professional. He made a very difficult situation turn out extra great. Nate also gave us several options so we could afford the repairs and a great quote on a new unit should we decide to go that route. He called his office and I spoke with the manager and the accounts receivable person and both were so pleasant and nice to deal with. It made my mom very happy and she said they were very honest and honorable. She liked Nate a lot and said there are many companies who take advantage of seniors but she completely trusted Nate with his sweet and professional disposition. We have used a few companies over the 20 years because she likes to compare but we always come back to AHR because why use others when AHR always does the best and have the best people. Others in the past have not been honorable and took advantage of her with pricing and not being truthful. She said shes now comfortable never trying anyone else and will just let me call AHR. Everyone there we have worked with over the years have been great but I hope Nate continues with AHR!
