Air Conditioning of Arizona

My AC unit had stopped working around 10 PM on a hot evening. I started to panic being that I am a transplant and not used to the Arizona heat. I used Air Conditioning of Arizona’s contact form to leave an email message about my predicament. By 7:30 the next morning, I got a phone call and by 8:30, Jake the technician was out to save the day! I was so incredibly impressed with the responsiveness and dedication to excellent customer service that ACA provided, from the scheduler to the technician. I am on their maintenance plan and look forward to working with them in the future. I highly recommend air conditioning of Arizona!

Brandon called ahead, and arrived on time. He took the time to review with us the services that he planned to provide and related costs prior to beginning work. He kept us informed as he progressed through the work, including showing us pictures. He was respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. I got estimates from several companies and this was the one I chose based on the initial consultation with one of the owners. He had solutions to our hot spot issues and seemed more knowledgeable than any of the other companies. I initially wanted a Trane unit and due to supply issues we ended up going with a BOSCH unit. Very pleased with it so far. Highly recommend this company if you are looking for a new AC unit!

My air conditioning went out after numerous repairs and I decided a replacement was necessary. I researched on line and was drawn to ACA. Troy came out immediately, researched the system and provided a quote the same day. The price was in line with expectations and they scheduled the installation quickly. The team showed up on time, were courteous and respectful, and explained what they were doing. Got the job done quickly, cleaned up, and everything was exactly as promised. Phil & Jesus did a great R&R job on our old HVAC systems. They were very considerate of our home & cleaned up after the install. To top it off, they were the lowest bid for the same equipment of the 3 bids we received. Don’t hesitate to use ACA for your HVAC needs, they’re top notch!
