I have purchased multiple A/C units from ACA and there’s a reason I keep going back for all my A/C needs. They are professional, timely, honest, and hardworking and always deliver as promised. Want to give a shout out to Aiden, Phil, Jesus, and Corey for their hard work and commitment to excellence on my last install. It’s always a pleasure working with this team of professionals.

Adrian did a great job servicing our HVAC which had recently frozen up on a hot day. We appreciated him arriving on time and his demeanor. Unit appears to run less now and feels colder. We had the major brand x company out 2 years ago and this was a much better experience.

We closed on our home and realized our AC unit was in desperate need of an upgrade. We contacted multiple businesses for bids and were very pleased with ACA’s bid and knowledge of what we planned for the home and its future. After speaking with the office several times it was apparent that the new AC unit could be installed at my convenience. Crews showed up on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. They made quick work of a clean install and did a fantastic job with explaining the new system. Highly recommend them for your AC needs!

After scheduling a checkup, Chris found that we had a leak in our system. He was very thorough and professional. Troy came by the same day and discussed our options. We decided to replace the unit. Phil and Corey showed up on time, completed the installation in 2 days, cleaned up and made sure everything was working properly. Would highly recommend ACA!

Air conditioning went out on a Saturday. Ja came by within an hour and fixed it. He was extremely professional. I’ve used ACA for years and they always do great work.

Ja was my technician for today. Very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. He very efficiently went through all three HVAC units, and after the inspections, explained what he had found and any issues he encountered. I’ve never had a bad experience with ACA. They truly know the definition of customer service!

The ACA tech, Weston, arrived on time in the late afternoon and stayed into the early evening. He was extremely knowledgeable and was able to diagnose our AC issues and explain our options to correct the issue. He also ensured next steps to correct our issues were initiated

Phil, Jesus, and Corey installed our new AC unit and ducting yesterday and we were very pleased with their service. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and worked efficiently and as quietly as could be expected. They were professional and kept us informed of what would be happening along the way. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend AC of AZ to anyone needing AC services.

A/C of Arizona installed my new heat pump last fall and provided the first maintenance service free of charge last week. Weston was the maintenance technician. He was polite, professional and thorough. Great job!
