Had to have my unit replaced, Troy came to give estimate, was very knowledgeable, everything he told me was straight up. He addressed all my concerns. The cost was extremely reasonable, Phil did a great Job with the installation , even took the time to make sure I was getting good airflow to all my rooms by sealing the ductwork and running a new additional line over to a bedroom that was barely getting any air before. now my ac works great and the room that was hot is no longer. And my electric bills have been half what they used to be.

I HIGHLY recommend ACA for any HVAC needs! The owner came out to our property to diagnose HVAC issues we had for last couple of years and was very friendly, professional, and gave lots of options to solve our issue. He had a lot technical knowledge and was able to explain his plan for system replacement (our choice). A few days later, the HVAC installers, Phil & Jesus, arrived on time and were very pleasant. They worked all day to get system installed and once complete, explained all of the details and functionality of the system. We will be using ACA in the future for everything HVAC!

I absolutely loved my experience with this wonderful company! Troy and his team were exceptionally professional and courteous. From the moments when they arrived to install my new HVAC and insulation, I knew everything was in good hands and would be taken care of without issue. Phil, Jesus, and Kevin were very patient and helpful, and performed excellent work on our ducts, attic, and roof. Samantha and Kim provided friendly assistance for all of the administrative matters both before and after the install. I highly recommend this company!

Ja came out and did the service this morning, he was here on time at 8am and completed the maint service in a professional manner. He answered all of my questions and explained everything he did.

We had 2 AC units replaced and from the first phone call the process was handled with professionalism. Troy was very responsive even calling me while out of the country. It was a complicated project requiring several days and these guys did a great job! Highly recommended!

I have used ACA for 15 years. Originally I was looking for a company that was locally owned and operated and that installed the brand of hepa filtration and air purification that I preferred.
I have severe allergies and asthma and I try to be as proactive in my environment as possible.
I have owned 2 homes with 2 units each in Phoenix Metro and ACA has serviced both homes with superb maintenance and replacement when needed.

Although all the field experts are excellent, I especially admire ——“J.C.”——
He upholds the companies standards and is knowledgeable and pleasant.
I have been so pleased with my experience that I have referred ACA on my nextdoor app.

Wanted to briefly share my experiences in working with ACA. They are a first class company, and really care about customer service and ensuring that I am totally satisfied.

I’ve been using ACA for a few years to perform annual maintenance on our A/C. They are on-time and do a great job. If they notice items that need attention, they make recommendations based on their system inspection, but don’t try to sell you things that your system doesn’t need. I highly recommend the annual maintenance service plan.

Time came to get a new system. Glad I went with ACA. They recommended a great system, performed a pre-install walk-through to ensure everyone was on the same page, and did a great job with the install.

Samantha – there isn’t a better office manager. She is very friendly, organized, and diligent. She followed up with me every step of the way. She worked with Trane on getting my warranty submitted and assisted with the submission of the rebates.

Mark – as I mentioned above, I’ve been using ACA for a few years to perform annual maintenance on our A/C. Mark is the best. He’s on-time, does a thorough inspection and does a great job of performing the annual maintenance. When we were ready for a new system, Mark made system recommendations and assisted us in our decision making process. We went with the XV20i and 3 zones.

Phil and Hunter – they did a great job on the install. We had a new system installed with 3 zones, all new ductwork, and new returns/vents. Their attention to detail with installing the system and ductwork is impressive to say the least. They also did a very good job of cleaning up after the install was finished.

5/16/2023 - Had semi-yearly maintenance service performed today by Weston. Couldn't be happier. Very nice, friendly, positive attitude, did a great job. Look forward to having Weston come back for the fall maintenance service. Great hire ACA !!

Air Conditioning of AZ did not disappoint! Troy & his crew were highly professional, highly qualified & highly efficient in all aspects from estimate to completion. Their pricing was highly competitive as well! From my experience, Cant go wrong here!

Brendan was our technician and was fantastic at diagnosing our problem. He is super thorough with this work and is very knowledgeable as well!
