Excellent service!! I had my drains lined last year and unfortunately had some problems with a slow drain and a clog in my shower. Effrain and Landon were at my house as soon as I was able to call in. They were able to resolve my problems quickly and painlessly. Thank you!!

Penguin Air came out & replaced our 16 yr old A/C unit. Additionally they removed the rusty old swamp cooler & capped it off. They cut in 2 new returns, replaced bad ducts, installed a new smart thermostat & blew in 12" of insulation in the attic. Work took 2 seperate days. Everyone that came out was professional & polite. Our house is finally comfortable!

I called Penguin Air today to get my heater fixed because the last time I used them they got my AC back up and running on the same day I called for a very low price. Today, Nathan W. arrived and was very professional, friendly, and transparent about the different options between buying a new unit or a used one. Great service, thanks.

DO NOT USE THEM, EVER! I called 1 time for AC repair, a few years ago, they keep sending techs out every 6 - 12 months saying I requested service, when I 100% did NOT!!! Showed up again today, slammed a ladder against my house, climbed up to the 2nd floor roof, banging around up there for a while. I have no idea what they were doing. I never called them, they never contacted me, never knocked on my door, nothing! Taking advantage of elderly, disabled people, like me. I should have called the police! Next time they show up, definitely calling the police!
When I did call, they did a horrible job. Wasn't until last September (2022, 2 years later) that I found out what they did & left undone. I was told it was a miracle my AC was even working.

We had a blockage between house and sewer main, they cleared what they could, told me where the line went out to the street and the likely cause of continued blockage, and offered discounted quotes for next steps if needed. Friendly service, didn’t have to wait too long on a Sat afternoon and the guys were plenty informative on the details for those interested in diy.

Elmer was by serviceman and he was exceptional. He took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Answered questions I had about my thermostat and when going in and out of the attic he did not leave a mess. Polite and very knowledgeable.
