Jair Ramirez did a great job of cleaning out my kitchen drain and sewer line.
He kept after the issue until my sink was draining properly. Jair made sure everything was cleaned up around where he worked before he left my home. If I could give Jair 10 stars I would do it.
The person I spoke with on the phone was helpful and efficient as well.
If I need any maintenance or repairs done at my home I plan to call the great people at Penguin Air.
I will recommend this company to my friends and neighbors for home services from now on.

Pricing was high for replacing a capacitor, but they were quick to respond while my AC was down, had the part on hand, and the tech was very professional and laid out my options nicely.

I called just to get a ballpark estimate on soldering a copper pipe to attach an outdoor faucet, and the cost came back at $450 give or take. That's why they want to make an appointment to go see it, so they can convince you that it's necessary.
For something that would take less than half an hour. So basically they charge $900 an hour. Not even doctors charge that much. I won't be using these guys.

Today I need assistance with the main drain cause the water was backing up into the house. Connor was the technician whom came out. He was very professional and courteous and went straight to work on the area that needed drainage. He also mentioned and referred a company to come out and take care of the black water which was on my floor both carpet and tile. He also waited for the representative from that company to show up an hour after he completed his job. Thank you very much for sending out an outstanding person to take care of my problem, which made me feel at ease!!!!!!

Brandon Sweeney was my plumbing tech. He was prompt, courteous and very engaging with my issues. I wish I could deal with customer service as great with all consumer issues.

Penguin has always been great in servicing and repairing anything I’ve needed in the past. Today was no different, Owen came by and serviced our AC and checked out our thermostat. He was very knowledgeable and efficiently completed the service.

Not impressed with the service provided. Technician was very friendly and professional but there was nothing special about the water heater service “special” I received.

Basically hooked a hose up to my unit and drained it, that’s it. Didn’t appear to inspect any of the heating elements, thermostats, or test my water temperatures after the flush was done (which was my original concern to have it serviced). I would have saved the money and done it myself.

After the flush, I was provided with a quote for $1300 to replace two heating elements/thermostats even though I was not given any reason as to why they needed to be replaced (like showing me that my current elements were bad?). And again, I can probably buy replacements for less than $100 and do it myself.

Still giving a couple stars only because the tech showed up on time, was friendly and professional.

Other than that, would not recommend.

Doug, Rex and Omar did an amazing job to make sure everything worked properly. I would recommend there business to any one that needs a professional electrician. Best part was there prices way lower then parkers and sons.

Great team Landon and Kevin were awesome treated me and my house with respect. Explained everything in detail and showed me videos of the issues we were having.
