I was having issues with the electrical on my HVAC system and did everything I could with my basic knowledge until I decided to call a professional for help. Penguin Air sent out Nathan White and he was able to figure out what was going on right away and he was extremely professional and was able to explain to me what was happening with the system so I could understand it as well. Great guy with great service.

Exceptional customer service and arrived right on time. Hadrian was professional and informed us of items to look for to extend the life of our AC system. Very happy with the service and detailed inspection. Highly recommend

Mykel was very knowledgeable, gave clear and concise explanations, and helped to save me from having to buy a whole new unit. He provided before and after videos to help explain all the necessary components. I was very impressed by how effective his suggestions were. It was immediate improvement. My a/c is no longer struggling to kick on, just in time for summer!

What a great service tech Joey Miller was!! I received so many offers for AC maintenance and check up. And see now I was meant to go through Penguin Air. He was patient, very knowledgeable, had no issues explaining things and made me trust him when it can be hard to trust contractors in this town. Plus in person he looks to me like a young Jay Kay from Jamiroquai. Anybody who knows cool music knows who that is lol.

Penguin has treated me well since I started using them in 2020. All their techs are courteous and knowledgeable. You might be able to find a less expensive company, but you’ll be hard pressed to find better service.
