Owen from Penguin Air was very professional and friendly. He took care of the tune-up and found and repaired a part that could have caused us a lot of problems down the road. He was very patient and informative explaining everything to us. Owen is a great representative for the company.

Joshua was incredibly polite and well informed, and ensured that we received everything that we needed or will need in the near future. I don’t think I’ve ever interacted with any company representative as great as he is, he even got approval from our dog! We will definitely continue to utilize Penguin as long as they have this special level of service.

Something I love about Penguin Air Conditioning is that a real person always answers their phone and they are very quick to get out to take care of your issue. We called yesterday morning and Nathan White was at our house that afternoon. He was professional and gave us the help we needed.

Needed electrical panel replaced as new oven would not work with old panel due to age. David was amazing, honest and direct with what would need to be done, pricing and how long it would take. He made sure everything was working correctly before he left and came back next day to complete a very minor detail that needed to be done
