Amazing service! I’ve used Penguin before and always a great experience. Today exceeded even that! A simple plumbing issue turned into something much longer. Preston and Jacob were OUTSTANDING in every way. From communicating before arrival, during the service call and very professional! I didn’t think Penguin’s service level could be any higher, however these guys took it to another level. Everything fixed and very reasonable on price. Going forward, any plumbing needs I have, I will for sure request Preston and Jacob! Penguin also services my other systems and I’m a client for life! Thank you Preston and Jacob - and Penguin!

In the middle of summer my AC went out (now this is after hour). The tech that came out on the 19th wasn't very friendly. After about 15 minutes he tells me it's my thermostat. Then he tells me my unit is very very old (like I don't know) and it's going to cost me about 10 to 11 thousand to replace it. He wants 250 to replace the thermostat. I said no thank you. I ran to home depot and bought a new one. Guess what! That didn't fix it. So the next day my regular guy come. It was the moter on the outside unit. I'm so disappointed with there service. I had to pay 69 dollars for a service call that was even correct. Ugh.

A technician came out Monday 7/3 on an emergency call. AC went out in AZ. Holiday weekend, extremely hot! It was diagnosed as a compressor inoperable. Under home warranty, 4 years old. Never given an estimate to replace, suggested to contact the builder to replace. Got the runaround for 3 days to find out any HVAC company can warranty the part, but you have to pay for labor and other expenses. Turns out, it was a busted coil, leaking oil everywhere. Less expensive to replace the unit than pay for a bandaid on a unit covered under warranty for 1 more year. Had another company come out, replace the unit for less money to bandaid the issue. Bottom line, got a new unit, 10 year warranty for less than the labor it would have cost to fix.

We found Chase at Penguin Air and Pluming through our neighbor Dakota (also works for Penguin) Chase gave us a second opinion and I’m so grateful for Dakota’s referral as now I know our AC unit will be running well and our insulation will provide the coverage required with the Arizona heat. I trust Chase and am grateful for his honesty and fair prices. I highly recommend this company.

From my first call on a Sunday morning to Roxanne to Nathan & Noah coming out for trouble shooting my system the next day, every step was first class.
All options for my repair were explained in full.

Had a problem with customer service who were to say the least not helpful and unable to advise approx arrival time of technician. However when technicians they did arrive at 3:40 they were highly efficient and helpful and completed the installation in a little over an hour. I would recommend Penguin air if you want a professional installation.

Ok so I was definitely impressed by the experience that Ralph Varela had. He was professional and most of all informative. He didn’t only fix the problem but helped me make sure the problem doesn’t happen again.

Both Todd and Nathan serviced my property for different reasons. I am new to the area. They were both very professional, knowledgeable and excellent in providing services to my home. I'm very happy with them. I will definitely have them again ☺️!

Camus and Rex know the electrical business! Fast, knowledgeable, great clean up. Camus came at 1030 pm hooked up cords to get freezer and refrigerator going through the night and was back at 530 am next morning to replace electrical panel. Worked all day into early evening despite rain. These guys are just the best! And Camus knew how to deal with regs, inspections, timing if shut off. He put in new box before power shut off do was without power for about 2 hours just like he told me before he started the job. I double highly recommend them both!
