Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation

Ideal Energy has been nothing short of professional. We had 2 units installed and complete duct work redone. They have also been very patient with us in fine tuning the zoning that was installed to ensure maximum comfort in the bedrooms. Definitely recommend using Ideal!

Very professional and knowledgeable. Provided several estimates and walked through each one. One thing that stood out is how they communicate who is coming to your home and when. Between emails, text and calls they provided the name and a picture of the person sent out. Also when they would arrive.

Christian and his team did a great job. They even had to overcome an unforeseen issue with a cracked tube. The team, including Alex, worked with me and were able to solve the issue. My only complaint is that there wasn't a flow balancing performed, nor was it mentioned that this was an extra charge and an additional trip charge. When we used Ideal for our previous house, this was all included so I assumed it would be this time as well. It only makes sense to do a flow balancing on a new system as that is the only way to make sure it's performing optimally.

This is the second time using Ideal Air conditioning and both times they were prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. I felt I was treated very honestly and were not pushy in trying to upsell me on any work or repairs that weren't necessary. I will definitely use Ideal Air again and would recommend them to anyone I know.

Adam is the nicest guy. He is polite and professional. His knowledge of our system is phenomenal. He cleans up after himself and never leaves a problem half solved. If he is setting the standard for ideal energy, then everyone should use them. We couldn't be happier.

I haven’t had the work done, tho it’s just due to finding a time. During the process of figuring out what needs to be done and what I want done, we set on, happily, complete duct work including the redesign. Also replacing a 16 year old AC unit and all the install.
I am so pleased with the professionalism and ALL the quotes and info and help they have provided. I just can’t express enough how great Brandon and everyone honestly, has been. I’m excited for the work to be done. An update is deserved for sure

The Ideal team is professional and through from booking my estimate , financing, initial work planning to project completion on my heat pump install with smart thermostat, redesign ventilation and insulation. I appreciated the teams advice and answering all my questions and concerns of a dead ac/ gas heater unit. They were able to install my heat pump in a couple days. Very trustworthy!

In installation, ventilation and insulation, I received texts and call reminders on arrival time . The project managers assigned the needed crew workers and covered the furniture and floors with cleanup on completion. Very efficient, polite and friendly. I am very satisfied with the Ideal Energy team and highly recommend them.

AC wasn't cooling. Texted Alex at 8:00 on Friday night and he called me back right away and scheduled a service call for the following day. Adam arrived on time and did a great job of describing what he had diagnosed and repaired the problem. Our AC was up and running 13 hours after I contact them on Friday night. Great customer service.

Best company in the valley. In the middle of a 115 degree heat wave, one our A/C units stopped working. We have 12 employees working in our office, so we needed help. Ideal Air came out immediately, diagnosed the issue, scheduled a crane, and installed a new A/C unit within 48 hours of my initial call. Unbelievable. Trustworthy, talented, tireless and friendly. This company is the best.

Ideal Air / Adam did an annual service on our unit. Prior to his arrival, Ideal Air sent an email introducing the technician (Adam) and sharing his experience as a tech as well as his personality. He showed up on time, was very respectful and knowledgeable. He performed the annual services on our AC unit as well as our furnace. We were happy to know that everything is running smoothly and that if we have any questions, we can call Ideal Air and they are always happy to answer and assist!
