Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation

I used Ideal Energy in 2020 to put in new vents and insulation into my attic. Wes the sales rep was easy to work with and the crew that showed up was professional and did a great job. Why the delay in my review is that I wanted to show the results. Through this Ideal Energy got my home Pearl Certified as Energy Efficient and when I went to sell my home in 2022, I firmly believe the certification is what helped me not only get a quick sale, but for the price I wanted! It was definitely a great choice to go with Ideal Energy and make the investment in my home.

We had Wes, a fantastic technician, come and inspect our entire home for an energy audit. He was very thorough and answered all our questions. We’ve had multiple quotes for our house projects and his quotes were fair and reasonable. I highly recommend!

Chris is very knowledgeable technician and does a great job in answering all the questions. His attitude is uplifting, reflecting his enjoyment for Ideal Energy. He is very thorough in the inspections and professional.

They installed an air conditioner and added R49 insulation to our roof. Both teams were great - professional, tidy, personable, and detail orientated. I asked them to add paint to the external piping as per our HOA and they did it. I recommend them and will use them again1

I just want to say how amazing Chris, the tech, is! No BS service, just fixed my duct work. The office lady, sorry I forget her name, is amazing as well! I called yesterday in the afternoon, and this morning it was fixed by 9:30am! I'm definitely calling Ideal back in the future!

Can't say enough good things about Ryan and Ideal A/C and Insulation. Ryan is very knowledgeable and goes the extra mile. Ideal has competative pricing and great products.

Brandon was awesome and so was the other guy, sorry I can't remember his name. Very helpful and knowledgeable. As far as the actual job I was at work but my wife was here and she said everything was done great. The guys cleaned up and even put some of our furniture back in the garage. As far as the service there's a huge difference already in the temperature in the house it feels warmer and not as cold. Looking forward to Summer for once lol. Want to see what a difference it makes then and the temperature and also the electricity bill. Overall satisfaction was excellent and I would definitely recommend them to anybody who needed the same service. We will definitely be using them in the future if need be.

To be honest... not sure you want me to do this. Considering I paid a premium for top tier first priority service. It took 3 days to come tell me what I already knew, my compressor was shot. How did I know? Another contractor came and diagnosed the problem before Ideal air even returned my call. For NO charge! Ideal air had the gall to charge me after taking 3 days to show up. Plus their estimate to repair/replace, almost double the contractor who promptly responded.

We have used this company a couple of times now and have always been impressed. From the gals that answer the phone to the technicians. Very professional and courteous! We were especially impressed this last time. We thought our fan blower was under warranty thru Trane and found out that it wasn’t. Ideal Air came thru for us and helped us out by giving us a good discount on it, which they did not have to do. Fit us in and got everything done in a timely manner! Thank you so much Ideal Air! We will use you guys again!!!!

Ideal Air replaced my 30 year old unit. They were professional the whole time. I like that when they first came over to my home they did a legitimate review of the existing system and my home so they could provide me with multiple options that fit my situation. They had prices across the spectrum and left it up to me to decide without much pressure.
I actually took a long time to decide, they came out for the initial inspection a few months before we pulled the trigger on the install. When the fellas came over to install the system, they laid down paper and plastic everywhere to contain the mess. That takes the team extra time but they didn't seem to miss a beat.
On the morning of the install the team had something come up in the morning (team meeting) and they called me promptly at the original arrival time and told me about the slight delay. Despite this delay the team finished the install same day (8am - 4pm).
The guys were coming in and out all day and at no time did i not see someone actively working. One of my biggest peeves with contractors is that they sometimes are on their own schedule with little regard for finishing on time.
When it came time to finish up payment i told them to charge my existing card on file. They did so but mistakenly charged me for the whole balance after i had actually paid half up front. I promptly called the office (about 3 mins after i saw the charge) and spoke with someone in the office. She was in her car and traveling home. She told me that when she got home she would make sure to take a look and if double charged agreed to refund the difference. Honestly, I wasn't expecting a call from them that evening but lo and behold about 30 mins later she called me back, confirmed the error and had already refunded the difference to my card. Everyone makes mistakes, only the best fix those mistakes immediately. I was quite pleased.

Overall I would definitely recommend Ideal for services. Prices are fair, lots of options, they warranty their work, good hardware and systems avail, professional staff, flexibility, and customer service are all a part of their process.
