Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation

Need to have new insulation put in our attic, Wes showed up on time, Was very professional and explained what all of my options were. We are Having our attic Sealed and insulation done next week, I very happily would recommend ideal air conditioning And insulation. UPDATE: Camarillo and his crew showed up on time to do our insulation/ Attic sealing. All the guys were very Professional and Personable. We are Very Happy with Ideal Air Conditioning and Insulation and look forward to seeing our home having better temperature control and lower Heating and cooling bills. Thank you.

We’ve actually used these guys to do three or four AC system installs for us. It’s convenient for us because they are on time, on budget, and responsive. They put in mostly the little mini split systems for us. not a problem yet and it’s been quite a few years since they did the first one.

Chris and Adam were professional, friendly, and informative when cleaning my mini split unit. They explained what they were doing and why and gave me tips on how to ensure my split unit stays working great. Highly recommended.

Ideal installed a new Bosch unit, improved ducting and additional insulation in spring of 2021. I've been extremely pleased with the system upgrades and the installation process was phenomenal. Adam W. was here today to perform annual check up and he was supremely professional and courteous, as have been every member of staff I've dealt with.

Last week, Matthew B., the service mgr., inspected our HVAC system and found a leak in the evaporator coil. Ideal Air located a coil and had a pair of service techs out in less than a week to replace it. Eric and Joe were on time, professional, and had our system back up and cooling in a reasonable amount of time.
Ideal Air installed our LENNOX HVAC unit in May, 2016, and have serviced it since then. They have always sent out top-notch service personnel for the annual system audits and any needed maintenance.

We had Ideal out to give us a quote on a new a/c unit. Wes, was our salesman. He was extremely professional and polite. During the check of equipment he accidently stepped on a hidden pipe causing our main water line to burst. The company was amazing in handling the situation. Chris, a manager, came right out and took care of everything. They even put is up in a hotel for the night due to the inconvenience. I highly recommend this company. They put their customers first.

Alex was very responsive to our needs and worked very hard to not only make sure we had air conditioning but also to make sure we understood what was happening.

This was the BEST experience I have had updating my 1940's house. The whole team was very professional, worked hard and stayed on task for 3 long days. They did an exceptional job of covering my furniture and floors and cleaned up at the end of the day. Each team member knew his job and they worked very well together. The crew members were all friendly and took the time to answer questions and explain the process throughout the demolition and rebuild. From my initial call to inquire about service to the end of the job each person I dealt with at Ideal Energy was truly IDEAL.

Adam arrived during the scheduled time and was very health conscious. He wore a mask and booties while in house. Adam is a very polite and professional young man. Our heat pump system was inspected with no issues found. We received a report at the end detailing everything that was checked. I provided feedback for Adam to take back to the Ideal Energy team regarding the service support plan they offer which I hope was useful. We had another A/C company come out, same one we have used for years and had been happy with, but this year the very young tech they sent seemed more interested in trying to sell us a new unit and told us out 6 year old unit would die within a month. We knew we needed a 2nd opinion and found Ideal via the SRP contractor list. The person who booked the appointment was very professional and helpful with some hints when I explained the situation. The tech, Adam W, was awesome. He inspected everything and gave us a full explaination of the situation and confirmed the A/C is not our problem but our duct work and insultation are horrible. He did need to recharge the freon and clean out another device so now our home is actually cooler by 7 degrees than it would get and we have an inspector for the duct work and insultation coming. Another great thing is this company sent a text with the tech's photo and bio so we knew who to be expecting as these days too many scammers out there claiming to be a service person.
