I have nothing but praises for the people with Howard Air. David L. Shrum was our technician and he was able to get our unit back up and blowing cold air in no time at all. The prompt and courteous service we received was such a blessing in such a stressful time. Being without air when it's in triple digits with 5 girls in the house is not something that I ever want to do again! Thank you so very much to David and the Howard Air company for your genuine concern and your quick response and excellent service. I will be telling all my friends who to call with their air conditioning needs. Howard Air is #1!

Our heater stopped working and within a couple hours of calling Howard Air, we had a technician on site. Wayne from Howard Air was awesome! It was dark and raining outside and that did not stop Wayne. He was out there for an hour and a half and was able to fix the problem. His perseverance and sence of urgency in repairing my heater solidified my decision in selecting Howard Air. Thank you Wayne for not giving up in the cold dark rain, so my family can be warm.

Want to say a huge and heartfelt thank you to Travis and his technicians Dennis and Carlos at Howard Air. Six years ago Howard Air installed a new air handler and heat pump at my home. The unit came with a 10yr warranty. Recently, I had been having trouble with the air handler leaking water. The company followed up with prompt visits by their techs to try and solve the issue. On the last visit, Travis(a manager) accompanied his tech Dennis to take a look at the issue. Upon my sharing the issues at hand with Travis, he quickly decided that a new evaporative coil needed to be installed. No hemming and hawing or deflecting the issue at hand. Instead he offered a quick and decisive order to fix the issue under warranty. A repair date was set(Oct 1). Today Dennis and another tech Carlos showed up on time and ready to work. Dennis was quick to line me out with the work detail to be done. And then let me know that Travis had also authorized the replacement of the blower motor for the air handler as well. I had not asked for this consideration, nor had the blower been an issue. I was so impressed by this extra mile he went towards fulfilling this project. The repair and replacement were professionally accomplished in a reasonable amount of time.

Travis unprompted went the extra mile for me and my home. His techs did an amazing job with the work(and kept everything tidy and clean.) Everything is going to break ultimately. And trusting in a company that originally installed the products to be there when things go wrong is huge. And I breathe a huge sigh of relief knowing that Howard Air backs up their products and worksmanship. Thank you once again.

We had Howard Air install a ductless mini-split AC system in our garage. I am generously giving it three stars, since the work appears to be of good quality so far. Unfortunately, it has taken them many visits more, and a FULL MONTH longer, than expected. Some of that was due to changes to Mitsubishi's product, and much of it was due to poor communication and coordination among Howard Air people. The upshot for us is that we've had to rearrange our schedules for several weeks to accommodate many more days of workers in our home than expected, and I've been without the use of the garage workshop for a month, during a peak time of expected use. Now that the project is finally nearing completion the seasons have changed!

To add to my irritation, I'm having to now spend a LOT of time cleaning up after their work. They have left a coating of fine white powder (from drywall) over EVERYTHING in our garage. I'm having to individually clean every wrench, screwdriver, cord, battery, hinge, drawer handle, nail, glove, rubber mat, etc. etc. by hand. Thousands of items to move out, clean and move back in. It's wearing on my nerves, and on my air compressor! I'll probably never get it all.

The service was thorough and excellent. Chase came to our house for our semi-annual service and really went through the whole system front to back, checking and cleaning and putting everything in order to make sure that our old system was working as intended. We were very pleased with the diligence and attention to detail, and the excellent and honest service provided by Howard Air.

Howard Air truly conducts their business in a professional manner. Our A/C unit was serviced by Howard Air and we found them thorough and efficient without trying to up-sale services we didn't need. When our A/C finally died, Howard Air provided us with the best of three estimates which included a few additional items built into the price. The only reason I gave four stars -- our A/C unit broke late Tuesday afternoon, the serviceman diagnosed the problem that evening but we couldn't see a salesman until Thursday morning which meant two nights in the hot September heat. Once we received their quote, along with two other companies, we made the decision to purchase our unit with Howard Air and they were out to our house that evening installing a temporary unit until our new unit could be installed. All in all they did a great job, making an expensive purchase a little more tolerable. Thanks guys and kudos!

Hands down, the absolute BEST AC company around. The technicians know exactly what they are doing, and do it in a professional way. Daniel and Eric were amazing! Our comfort consultant, Scott, made us feel so much better about our situation and came to our house late at night just to take care of us! We will never use any other AC company, highly recommend to everyone!

I have not had the AC serviced in two years. The AC is a roof unit on top of our three story condo building. I called Howard Air a couple weeks ago for a seasonal checkup. I was told the techs were extremely busy but they scheduled for today.

Howard Air Tech “Stuart” arrived and did his inspection. I honestly was expecting a gloomy report since our AC is 14 years old. He showed me the check list where everything was well within specs. Then he went up on roof and cleaned the dust from the evaporators fins with a portable water tank. Once again everything checked ok.

Stuart kidded with my grandkids as he wrote up his inspection report and was a very friendly even though it was 100 degrees outside and heaven knows how hot on the roof. Great representative for Howard Air.

This is the second time I’ve used Howard Air. Previously the tech told me my A Coil was very dirty but told me I could easily clean it myself and save money OR he could clean it but would have bill me. He explained how to clean it and I cleaned it myself.

I feel very confident calling Howard Air for future HVAC needs.

I paid for a service inspection 2 weeks ago, tech came out checked the unit and said everything was fine, but he recommends a condensate safety switch and their "service agreement" and he specifically said "but that part really isn't a big deal". Now my air just stopped working, I called Howard air and they told me since I didn't sign up for their service agreement they won't come out tonight unless I pay $198 just for the service call (no parts or labor included). I don't expect a free repair by any means, but I do expect them to come out promptly since I had THEM do the service. Even after explaining to the dispatcher that I have a toddler and a pregnant woman in the house, they still wouldn't budge on their petty service contract requirement. I feel like they deliberately sabotaged my unit. I'll never do business with them again!
