Clear Air Conditioning and Heating

My AC unit went out on a Thursday. Curt and Gary called me within 15 minutes of my call and stayed after hours to map out the installation. The selection process and pricing options were very easy. The next morning a crane was at my house and Mike and Tucker were on my roof several hours in over 100 degrees. This crew is first class, honest, direct, and very tuned into my satisfaction. I had two visits post installation to
educate me, and check the new unit’s performance. I would choose this vendor over any other in Arizona.

We've actually known the owner & family for years and never needed HVAC service (waiting for our rusty/obnoxious builder-grade units to fall apart). When the time finally came, we were relieved knowing there was someone we could fully entrust with variable speed replacements, custom supply plenums, new line sets to the opposite side of our 2-story house (unit relocation), and mini-split for the garage.

What we didn't know (and were thrilled to discover) is how much the entire crew reflected the thoughtfulness, workmanship, and care of the owner himself. They quite literally didn’t leave until the job was done, and done right–They DO exist!

In the 10+ years of living in our home, it never felt 'comfortable' (sound, humidity/temperature swings) during most of the year. There's no doubt we had to make a large investment for this overhaul, but we are already enjoying the new environment this has already created. Feels like a different home!

The technician who came to our home today was very courteous, knowledgeable, and efficient. We have been with Clear Air Conditioning for a number of years now and highly recommend them for outstanding overall company service.

We were really pleased with our service and would recommend clean air to our family and friends. Our tech was able to show up earlier than his original appointment and addressed our problem within 10 minutes. It happened to be a major problem but was fixed promptly.

Thomas was very professional, clean and quiet while he performed our HVAC maintenance. Followed COVID protocols and walked us through work he performed and some things we missed. Would highly recommend.

Clear Air keep me informed as to when the technician would be out, called when he was going to be a little late and sent me an email so I could watch the GPS as to his location and arrival time. Thomas was the technician who came out and went over my 2006 unit and stated very clearly what it needed to be running at its full potential. I would highly recommend Clear Air!

I contacted Trane at 9pm last night in regards to my AC unit going out and within the hour I received an email from Gary with Clean Air. 7am the next morning Eva called and me had Clint out to my home within the hour. Clint was not only professional but knowledgeable. Shared info with me about my unit and even some best practices for unit health. Cannot recommend these guys more, thank you so much!

I only started using this company because the phone number was on the thermostat when I bought my first home 7 years ago. On a whim I called and haven't been disappointed in 5 years. The office staff is very friendly. All of the techs have been super professional and informative. And their prices are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend.

Had Clear Air do an AC inspection for a house I'm buying. Jordan met me at the address and was helpful, polite, and knowledgeable. He located a small issue (blown fuse) and once it was replaced conducted a thorough inspection of the system. I'll be using this company again in the future and specifically requesting Jordan.
