Brock was very professional while doing the maintenance. He explained as he went all that was needed to be done. Very knowledgeable and efficient in doing his job. An asset to your company. Will ask for him in the future.

The gentleman arrived on time. He was very polite and had the proper precautions such as a mask and gloves due to the virus situation. He was very knowledgeable and took care of business. Are use clean air for all my heating and air-conditioning business. They have been fantastic From the installation of the new system back in October 2017 through the maintenance that I received each year. I highly recommend them.

Service technician Brock N rocked...my Trane Split unit was out and had been for two days. Clear Air got me schedulee for an appointment in the morning and rescheduled to come even earlier in the morning. Brock had my unit, which was not cooling or even responsive, back up and running within 5 minutes of his arriving. He waited for the house to cool down and the unit to cycle and finished all the rest of the inspection and service. I am going in to the weekend with a unit that is functioning perfectly and cooling like an arctic breeze again. I am very pleased!

Holy moly! I just met Thomas the service manager while he was working on my neighbors house. Top notch service! We had him come over and do some work with no hesitation. His customer service and interpersonal skills were on point. Very friendly and knowing he represents this company, I will be using them for now on going forward. 5-Star service, no joke!

I can't say enough good things about this company. We had a horrible situation where we had to replace our 6 year old AC unit. I had gotten about 8 quotes. Gary and Clear Air conditioning and heating were by far the most professional, intelligent and polite contractors I met with. I asked Gary as many questions as possible and he answered every single one of them. If he didn't know the answer he would contact the wright person and make sure I was getting correct information. During the day of the project Mike and Mike installed my unit and they did an amazing job.They had the precision of a surgeon while taking off the old unit and installing the new one. They had no problem answering any questions I had on the installation process. Thomas also came to help, and without hesitation he was up on the roof working and answering any other questions I had. They honestly made this horrible situation even better. I 100 percent recommend Clear Air Conditioning and Heating. They will give you the most honest answer, and even more importantly they will do the install CORRECTLY. I will never go to anyone else for my AC needs. Thanks agin Clear Air!!! Clint can and did our 1 year checkup and the company continues to impress me. He answered all my question and did a fantastic job checking my unit. He didn’t try and push any sales on me. I will always recommend clear air to my friends and family.

Hard working techs who are also very friendly and professional! Gary Kramer was a big help in explaining how things work and answering any questions that I had. The unit that they installed in my mom's house is amazing! It is always set at a comfortable temperature even during the hot summers. I would definitely recommend going with Clear Air!

We've been dealing with Clear Air Conditioning & Heating since 2013 when we purchased a home with one of their HVAC units in Phoenix. We had preventative service mostly. However, when the unit was older we had them come out to handle some inspections and problem solving. Whenever I called them they were always prompt to schedule at a convenient time and responded immediately to our concerns. Their entire staff is very professional and easy to work with. They treat their customers with utmost respect which sometimes is hard to find these days. Then came replacement day a week ago. Our HVAC was dying. We had to replace the 13 year old unit on the roof. Gary Kramer and the crew were with us every step of the way, explaining details and answering our questions until we could make a confident decision based up their recommendation and other information that we acquired on our own. Clear Air was not only top notch in helping us in analyzing what to replace it with that was actually smaller and more energy efficient, they also saved us money to boot. When it came to the installation we were really impressed with the ease and expertise they displayed. We would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone and look forward to a continue relationship with this excellent company. I can't say enough good things about them. They have our complete trust and we love our new Trane.

Gary and the crew from Clear Air were awesome to work with. My HVAC system at home was over 15 yrs old and I wanted to replace it before the hot summer months. I set up appointments with 3 different AC companies that I reviewed online. Clear Air was the 2nd company that I interviewed for the job. After speaking with Gary for 5 minutes I knew Clear Air would be the company I wanted to work with. Gary was very educational, detailed and answered all my questions. I felt no pressure or sales pitch when speaking with Gary, it was like speaking to a friend. I was given several quotes from Gary that were in my price range and picked the unit that was best for my family along with an IQ AIR unit. This was my first experience with this company. I just bought my home and I was wanting someone to check out the air-conditioning system. I was very favorably impressed. Brock The service technician was professional, organized and effective. Also had Covid 19 PPE and kept his distance. No pressure to buy additional services and or equipment. Just did a very thorough job of checking out the system and immediately given me the results. Brock was very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining his findings.
