Clear Air Conditioning and Heating

Called for an emergency request as it is summer and HOT. We have pets and an infant and needed service ASAP. I called 2 other places who didn't respond. These guys were out within an hour, found the issue, took pictures and explained it and replaced it. We were back up and running fast. Tech was very friendly and efficient.
Appreciated that they documented our system info in case we need anything for the future, very smart! Will likely use again though I hope we don't need to anytime soon! Lol

1/15/21 my 10 year old unit was costing me too much to repair so Clear Air quoted me on replacing the entire system I was very pleased with the estimate and they changed out my system in 2 days. Thomas was very thorough and walked me through the changes he had to make and even stayed late to make sure the system was completely in and running right , before heading home. Thanks Clear Air

Clear Air did such an amazing job installing our new unit. We are loving how cool our house is and how we are able to monitor our thermostat remotely! We had just bought a new house and they lessened the stress on us by being thorough and honest about costly repairs vs purchasing a new unit. We totally made the right choice and will work with them again! We even signed up for a maintenance agreement. Thank you Clear Air team!

Called these guys as I'd received a quote from another company last fall that advised I needed my fan motor replaced (quoted $750). Decided to wait til spring to put off the cost. Turned AC on this past week and heard "the rattle" I thought I'd been hearing in fall. The company that gave original quote had not returned my call. So reached out to Clean Air for a second opinion.
Not only was my AC just fine (turns out it was my BR ceiling fan making the noise) they called me right away and were out to see me the next day. If it was not for Juan checking my unit and seeing that my AC was A-OK, I would have likely spent $750 unnecessarily as the other company finally called back when Juan was on his way, and told me they could do the replacement next week. THANK YOU CLEAN AIR for your honesty, integrity and saving me a good chunk of change. Whenever I do need AC work , I will be calling you for certain!

From start to finish my experience with Clear Air Conditioning was great.
Sales: Sales Manager was non-pressure, super knowledgeable, listened to what we wanted, provided several options to consider spelling out pros and cons, helped us through the whole process start to finish.
Installation: The entire crew of 6 lead by Tucker, Nathan, and Mike was on-time, extremely professional, communicated throughout the whole install. During the final quality inspection they even found some misplaced extension cords i have been looking for, for over 2 years. :) Highly recommend this company.

Gary and team did an excellent job walking me through the process of selecting and financing and installation of a new packaged heat pump unit. Overall they did everything right and on time. I would highly recommend their services to everyone that wants fair priced knowledgeable professional service.

Brock Nelson, service technician, serviced my furnace for winter. He also installed a Reme-Halo air purification system. I look forward to having cleaner indoor air w less dust and allergens, including pollen. I hope my allergies will be less bothersome w cleaner air. Brock was also so kind and asked if I needed any lightbulbs changed while he had his ladder available. Lucky me, I had two high ceiling bulbs that were burned out. Our family just bought a new house and within a week our AC went out. We have a 7month old and 2 other younger children with me working from home full time so this was a high stress situation for us. We called and they came the same day and were quickly. They gave me all my options upfront with no runaround or quick fixes. They truly wanted what was best for me and my family. I must say we were highly impressed with their professionalism. The whole team was experienced, efficient and respectful of our situation. I felt at the end of the day that I was truly taken care of and we are extremely happy with the results.
