Had trouble with the thermostat losing power so would not operate. Tyler the technician diagnosed the problem almost immediately after arriving and fixed the challenge in no time. Then ran the system in A/C mode and Heat mode, with system checks. All is wonderful

Clear Air was excellent in many ways, but especially in their communication. When I called the emergency line, they answered right away and scheduled me an appointment the next day. I also received an email confirmation. The day of the appointment, the technician (Tyler) called me to let me know he was on his way. I also received an email with his picture to let me know he was coming. He worked quickly, let me watch everything, and explained everything to me. Our AC went from 105 to 78 after he fixed it. I'm so thankful we chose Clear Air!

Beginning with my initial call - ending with a complete installation, the services provided by each individual involved was: Outstanding!
Polite, courteous, respectful, knowledgeable, clean, punctual and organized. That describes those involved with my project.
Brock Nelson, Service Tech. - Arrives on schedule. So very polite, and first to arrive to assess the A/C failure. He explained what he had found during his inspection and offered options.
Gary Kramer, Sales Manager - So polite and again, very helpful as he explains the parts and components required in order to install a new system. Then made sure each component, element, etc. is available and on a truck to my home first thing the next morning.
Daniel and Alex (for 9.5 hours those two young men worked non-stop). Very kind, caring, clean and courteous as they worked inside and outside. Alex was apparently still 'in training', taking direction from Daniel as needed. We all start at the bottom at some time in our life, and it is clear that Alex is open to being taught. Daniel - my goodness, I was so very impressed by his teaching skills. He asked questions of Alex. He explained "why this and not that".
I suppose I could go on and on and on ... but simply put ... Clear Air has the greatest team of individuals. They are Outstanding!

We have had cooling issues with our AC and duct work for more than 20 years. We have had multiple AC companies come in and try to fix the problem over the years. We decided to give this company a try, and when they came out to do the estimate, it seemed like they were willing to go the extra mile to do it right. This crew was absolutely amazing. They do professional work, and while they were in our home, they were always polite and considerate, and we never heard one swear word. I would highly recommend this company. So glad we went with them.

Have been using Clear Air for about 10 years now and my family has been using them since they first started their business and we had a extremely poor experience last time we used them for service. We had 7 units down due to the thermostats losing their settings in a power outage. They were out promptly to fix them and then after the service was completed they informed me that there would be a charge for each unit (which was fine) and the total would be just north of $1000. I felt this was super out of line since the technician had been there less than 90 minutes at that point.

After this I spoke with the service manager and he assured me there was to be more work performed on each unit to verify everything was working properly (about 20 minutes worth per unit and his guy probably had a couple more hours of work). 20 minutes later the technician was gone and when I received the service reports there was lots of information missing and we didn't even check all the units and just fixed the thermostats.

After using Clear Air for a long time and spending close to, if not over, 100K with them in the last 10 years I am very displeased with how this went.

AC went out and I called the company that installed the AC. They came out within 2 hours and had the AC up and running. The technician was fantastic. He explained every step of the repair and checked all the functions I questioned to make sure I wouldn't have a problem in the near future. I was happy when the AC was installed 6 years ago and this was my first service call since then.

After multiple bids, not only did Clean Air come in with the best price, for top of the line equipment, but they were also the only company to do a thorough inspection. The install of the new unit and the removal of the old split system took less than 8 hours. Their team is very professional and we will definitely be referring them to others!
