Clear Air Conditioning and Heating

We just moved to Peoria and the AC in our newly purchased home stopped working after hours. Clean Air sent a technician out almost immediately and though there was a to be expected after hours charge, it was only an extra $100 which was well worth the fast service we received. We are going to need a new AC unit (which we knew before we purchased the home) but the technician got the old unit fixed as cheaply as possible so it's working until we can replace it. We have found the only HVAC company we'll be working with in Clean Air, and would highly recommend them.

I must say that Clear Air Conditioning and Heating has been a truly caring and amazing company. I believe that Gary and Curt and their crew truly care for people. Not just customers but people. My experience with them has been so beyond any expectations. I have used Clear Air in the past for small jobs and maintenance issues and have always, always been impressed, but when my air conditioner needed to be replaced...frankly, I am still in awe at the customer service and the speed in which they went to work. Gary showed up the day I called to see what I needed. He worked with us on a fair price that we were happy with. When we decided to go with Clear Air the speed in which all the pieces went in to place still astounds me. To be honest I literally almost teared up when my wife called and told me they were installing our air conditioner much quicker than we could ever had imagined. I highly recommend Clear Air Conditioning and Heating!

We received exceptional service from Gary Kramer at Clear Air Conditioning and Heating. He took the time and explained everything and gave us an affordable price for the product we received. We are enjoying our Trane A/C just before the hot summer. They are top notch and highly recommended!

I regret being obliged to change drastically my rating of this company in light of their actions during a breakdown this past summer. The manager refused to repair it under warranty but assured us Trane would reimburse us. Then he mislead - euphemism - Trane about the transaction. It cost us over $4000 instead of the $1000 we were led to expect. Only because we had complete documentation were we spared an extra $2500. Air conditioning in AZ is an emergency in 115o weather and we must be able to trust our service providers, so we have ended the relationship. The administrative secretary at the office will be sorely missed, as she is a model of efficiency and competence. We regret and resent the actions of her management.

We moved to this company after a bad experience with the company the previous owner had been using. We could not be more pleased. Communication with them is effortless, appointments are quickly scheduled, our bill comes with a detailed description of work performed along with photographs, and the serviceman is respectful and competent. We were given a free visit from the company specialist/engineer, who reported a number of ways to improve our cooling, almost all of them at no cost, which is proving extremely helpful. The service is not cheap, and we feel that the cost is reasonable given the quality of the work and the value of our investment. We are new to the area and consider ourselves lucky to have found them on the basis of online reviews!

I could not be happier with clear air! They fixed the multitude of costly mistakes made by a previous company. I only wish that clear air would have been the ones to install our units in the first place. Our units are now functioning the way that they were meant to function for the very first time!!! Jordan did an excellent job. It’s wonderful to find a company that cares both about their products and their customers like Clear Air. Highly recommend!!

I needed a new AC unit since my old AC was 25 years old. My daughter recommended me Clear Air Conditioning, she just had hers installed with them last summer. She told me, “Mom, I know a great guy for that job. He is honest, hardworking, responsible, professional, and very pleasant”, and she wasn’t kidding.
She called the company and Gary Kramer came the same day to check my old AC unit and show me all the choices in AC(also the prices). He then patiently explained all the thing about each of them and what to expect. Very next day he sent the quotes for two models that I was considering by the third day he was back with the contract.
Only took a week from beginning to end and today I am enjoying my new unit.
I definitely recommend this company you won’t regret. If you are wondering the AC unit I chose was “Train”.

P.S. the crew who came to install the AC unit were very professional, hard workers, and pleasant as well. Great company 👍💯💮

The installation team of Thomas and Mike did a stellar job installing our two new complete AC/Heating units in our property. They showed up on time, worked very efficiently and tirelessly de-installing two 14 yr old units and replacing them with two new and improved high SEER units. They were pleasant throughout the day and left the property clean and in very good repair. Thanks Clear Air!

I bought my units 5 years ago from Clear Air. Received a call from them that my AC was not working. I was at work driving home! Met me at the house and repaired it! Amazing customer service!! I’ve never had an easier home repair. I didn’t even about it to worry - they notified me- professional, kind, & efficient!! Thank you Clear Air!!

My heater went down and they came out IMMEDIATELY. (I appreciated that, they prioritized my need). Very thorough inspection and a really friendly professional guy. A new part was required and the office personnel was excellent with scheduling around my availability (Christmas time) and urgency. They came in, installed the part with me hardly noticing their presence, gave me a free little education on caring for my unit and left.
