By THOROUGHLY running multiple safety checks to determine why our heater was not staying on, Mike discovered a difficult to find fix (previously missed by a different company) for the cost of a service trip charge SAVING us anywhere from $5000 to $9500 for either a new heat block or new unit! Great Service on a superior product. We couldn't be happier with the service received while purchasing a new Trane Heat Pump from Clear Air. The installation was quick and without incident, they even noticed an issue with the brand new unit and exchanged it with another from the local warehouse before installation. Great work! A very good local company with caring employees. We highly recommend them.

Clear Air came to do my annual maintenance. They were on time and very courteous. After the initial inspection and cleaning we discussed an air purification system. I have breathing issues and this system will kill 99% of viruses on surfaces and in the air. It also kills bacteria, mold and reduces odors & particulates. So I had Clear Air install this REME HALO system while they were doing the maintenance. Over all very happy with Clear Air and I always recommend them to friends and co-workers.

We had a very positive experience purchasing our new A/C unit. Gary was extremely knowledgeable about all the products and installation and helped us find a great unit to fit our budget. His crew did on awesome job on installation and took the time to check out our other unit as well to be sure it was up to our standards. An excellent company!

Not very pleased with Nelson's service.... the unit was brand installed new by clear air about 2 years back and the water sensor malfunctioned and the unit stopped functioning. Nelson explained that its not covered under warranty and gave an option to take it out with no extra charge other than the service charge. I was fine. After taking out the sensor, he billed me an additional $100 telling he had to make a "small" repair. I asked him to send me photographs of what he repaired but none came. In the end, I ended up paying $288 for a sub par quality part that I did not ask for and had to be removed eventually.

We just came back from a vacation late last night, and quickly noted the inside house temp was 93 degrees. We called the company for an emergency repair late in the evening, and Thomas was kind enough to give us a repair window today from 12-2. Brock arrived around 1PM, and, in a word, he was fabulous! Quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad blower motor, located the part on Sunday July 4th, and managed to locate it in Tempe, pick it up and returned to finish the job along with other related damage! He stayed until sure the system operated properly, clearly explained everything and was done. Excellent customer service! Above and beyond response and repair time, on a major holiday yet. It is rare in this day and age to find such great service and repair work-it takes a well-oiled team effort, and Brock and Clean Air are to be commended! There is no need to look further than this company for your HVAC product and service needs.

Gary quoted what it would cost to install a new air conditioning unit then followed up with an in home inspection to verify the quote. He answered all my questions and kept us informed. We also appreciate the professionalism of the installation and the follow up by Gary keeping us informed of warranties and tax credits. I would highly recommend this company.

This company was referred to us from a family member who had a great experience. We had a heat pump repair and we so happy with their professionalism that we scheduled to have a new water heater installed. Very professional, punctual, knowledgable, courteous, clean. It was a very easy stress free transaction. Would HIGHLY recommend.

When our AC stopped working in the middle of the night, I would have waited until the morning but with a baby that didn’t seem like a good idea. Clear Air was there for us! The dispatcher helped us troubleshoot some things and then got the on call tech out to us right away. Jordan was quick and efficient in diagnosing the problem, fixed it with ease, and all at 2 in the morning! As an added bonus, with the monthly maintenance plan all service fees and after hours fees were waived, saving us tons of money!!! We love Clear Air!!!
