I would highly recommend Rusty's AC to anyone; I personally won't use anyone else now. My only regret was not knowing about them last time I needed a repair.

Their support was instant, not being put on hold for 30 minutes. Great, consistent communication via text. Rusty was personable while on-site and even thier text confirming they "we're on the way" was unique providing an authentic photo and personal bio of the tech. Oh, and they were VERY competitive with their pricing without trying to sell me more.

Hooray! Finally, an air conditioning company that actually answers the 24/7 emergency line! Our unit went out at 3am Sunday morning on Father's Day. The wonderful lady that answered the emergency line was able to assist. Rusty and Richard arrived right on time early Sunday morning and had us up and running again by 9:45. I cannot thank you all enough. It was already 97°F by 8:30am in our unit!
We will be using Rusty's going forward!

Two guys arrived on time, introduced themselves, gave me several options to consider for the issues I was having. They were professional and knowledgeable! I will be using this company again when in need of HVAC service!

Our technician Shaun was great. Very thorough. He was friendly, professional and did a great job servicing our AC unit. We will always use Rusty's in the future. It's nice to have a company that is trustworthy and well recommend.

My AC shut down on a hot Sunday (of course it would). I tried to call my regular guy who does all my plumbing and AC work. Strangely I could not reach him, so I chose Rusty's AC because they were nearby and had glowing reviews. They are a class act. They texted me a picture of their tech with his biography and pleasant photo. His truck was new and shiny, his uniform crisp and clean, and he was extremely friendly. He quickly diagnosed that I had a failing condenser fan motor from it's high current draw. I asked how much to replace the motor. He quickly replied $1,000. I was a little shocked and asked him to break down this very round number. He said that included labor and parts, duh. Nothing further. I thanked him and paid the $89 diagnosis fee ( not bad) and said I would try to get my guy. A little later my guy called and said he was sorry he missed my call and would be right over. He confirmed the diagnosis and quoted me $400 parts and labor and had a motor on his not so new truck.
I didn't get a biography or photo. He was sweaty with blue jeans and tee shirt. However my AC was back up and running in about an hour. Moral, develop a relationship with a honest SMALL LOCAL guy and stick with him.

Rusty's Air Conditioning and Heating is a very professional company. Rusty and Sean are very friendly. Both men have maintained my ac & heating system as if it is their own home. They are very respectful. The office personnel are very courteous when I call to schedule an appointment or if I have a question or a problem arises. This is a very good, young, and dependable business I would recommend to anyone.

We recently had Richard from Rusty's over to do our annual HVAC maintenance. He found some issues, explained everything clearly, and had all our issues resolved in the same day. Richard went above and beyond for us and I highly doubt he planned on being here all day!

HIGHLY recommend Rusty’s A/C! Right from the start from the appointment for the estimate to installation day was SEAMLESS! Rudy showed up on time and nice as could be! The estimate given was absolutely the lowest of anyone I had seen…financing was easy too. The day of installation Sean and Rusty accommodated my schedule and were here on time…super great to work with. Educated me on the system after it was done as well as any questions I had…and cleaned up the debris! I can’t praise them enough and will absolutey recommend them to anyone I know looking for an HVAC company. Thank you, Rusty and Sean you guys are the best!!

A/C stopped cooling the night before July 4th. Rusty’s not only was open on the Fourth, the technician arrived around 9:00 after calling at 8:00 and had the unit cooling in about 20 minutes. Very Grateful.
