Rusty’s was AMAZING! Super nice guys, came right when they said they would. Put on shoe protectors and were fully masked the whole time they were inside. Rolled out a rug at the front door to wipe their feet on. They sent me photos and videos as they worked and explained everything very well. Came back the next day to do the repair and once again we’re right on time. Finished the job and cleaned up nicely. I absolutely will use them again if I need to and heartily recommend them.

Rusty and Sean are very professional, nice, helpful, honest, trustworthy, knowledgeable, persistent, kind, and don’t rip you off and tell you to buy unnecessary products. They’re reasonably priced and family owned. I love all of that! They came several times quickly when I would call in the spare of the moment for AC help. Rusty and Sean were great. They came to give an estimate and quickly were able to schedule my install. They were able to work with my schedule and get the job done! They were very courteous on letting me know when they were on their way. I felt comfortable with them in my home. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

I used Rusty’s after having received a concerning quote from a different Air Conditioning repair company whose technician stated that he was paid on commission based on the repairs and parts he replaced. Rusty responded quickly and identified what items actually needed to be replaced or repaired and then gave me a quote that was substantially less than the aforementioned competitor. He did the repairs same day and the results were excellent. I appreciated his honesty and professionalism. I would highly recommend.

Rusty's was our hero once again! This time they came to our kids house and fixed what another repair company had broken. The other company started with a working unit and left them that night with a non-working unit. We couldn't get a hold of anyone at the other company, but when I called RUSTY's at 8 pm, I got a call back and a first thing in the morning appointment. They repaired what had been broken and had us up and going within 10 minutes and found the real problem that we had the original company out for. Truly, if you want great service and knowledgeable technicians in your home, RUSTY's is who you want!
