Wow. Can’t say enough about this crew. Rusty’s came recommended from my neighborhood Facebook group. Our AC stopped running on a Saturday afternoon at 3PM in the dead of AZ summer. I sent a text and the responded very quickly and got us set up with Sean and Dean who came quickly in the estimated repair service window of time. Luckily it was a quick fix and the were able to identify the issue right away. They even offered to look up in the attic at a sound we were suspicious of. The team was incredibly responsive especially considering the late weekend request, friendly, and answered all of our questions. Highly recommend to anyone needing help with their HVAC or AC.

Rusty can out to my home and was great. Very informative and not pushy. We have had other AC people come over to our house in the past and they always want/force up to upgrade or replace something. They typically are very sales. Rusty in the complete opposite very informative and then totally allows you to make the decision. All around I had a great experience and would refer him to all of our family and friends.

My wife informed me on Sunday night of Memorial Day weekend, around 9 p.m., the south air conditioner wasn’t cooling. After confirming the compressor wasn’t running, I contacted Rusty’s via text, hoping to hear something sometime on Monday, and headed to take a shower as I had spent the day working outside. I couldn’t even take my socks off before my wife was calling to me I had an answering text, Dean arrived on time Monday morning and quickly diagnosed the problem as a faulty capacitor. Dean couldn’t have been more professional and friendly. We’ve scheduled maintenance for all three systems for next week. The 92 5-star ratings online are truly genuine. I wholeheartedly recommend Rusty’s.

Rusty’s Air Conditioning and Heating was the 3rd company we had come out to give us a quote on replacing our air conditioner and was by far the most professional and spent the most time addressing our concerns. We did replace our a/c with them and our house feels so much better. We appreciate all of the time and attention Rusty gave to us and would recommend working with him and his company to anyone!

Rusty’s Air Conditioning and Heating did a great job for us. One of our units stopped blowing cold air so we called at 6pm on Friday night and they were able to come see us Saturday morning at 8am. Dean was timely, friendly, and knowledgeable. We had to leave the house and he sent us videos of all the services he was performing while we were gone. I can’t compare price to anything but I think when you have anything go wrong with an AC expect to spend some $$. To me it’s worth the cost to have cold air!! He also serviced our other unit and our house already feels cooler! Highly recommend Rusty’s and will definitely use them again! 😊
