Rusty’s is trust worthy, fair, and thorough. They do the job right. My install and maintenance were both pleasant experiences because they go the extra mile. He fixed multiple items that were missed by other companies and showed me what they missed. Not going to use anyone else going forward. Would recommend Rusty’s to anyone in my circle for HVAC help!

I used Rusty's after having several different HVAC companies, many who pushed me to replace my AC unit. Rusty came out and we're very honest with me, sending me pictures of all the work they did and giving me options of how I wanted to handle repairs. I ended up with his maintenance package and couldn't be happier. I just had my fall check up and Sean was extremely polite and professional. Can't recommend this company enough

Rusty's is fantastic! I highly recommend for all of your AC needs. As a new homeowner I was shocked when our AC stopped working. Trying to deal with our builders warranty was disappointing as they couldnt get their company for over a week. I called Rusty's and they first told me it would be a couple days to come out which was more understanding as it has the be the busiest time of the year for them. Rusty's went above and beyond and called me back to say they could come by at the end of the day!!! Super friendly and knowledgeable guys. Rusty and Sean figured out our issue within a few minutes with our outside unit. What impressed me the most was how great they were at explaining what the problem was and how to run my AC in the most efficient way, which is what most techs avoid! If you are dealing with a builders warranty, do everything you can to use Rusty's for your AC needs. They are the company who goes the extra mile during the stressful time...not anymore thanks to you!

Rusty arrived on time and was very professional. He kept within my budget and gave me great advice on how to maintain my air-conditioner in the meantime. I will definitely call him again for future maintenance or repairs.

Our A/C went out in the middle of night and they were on top of the repair within 4 hours. Sean & Dean worked to get the part onsite & system operational ASAP. I would highly recommend these guys for anything you need regarding your HVAC.
