I have a home warranty and PRIME HVAC, were the only company that responded very quickly and professionally. My appointment was also confirmed electronically and Ryan the technician even called prior to arriving on time and replaced the blower motor and I now have cold AC again. Thank you, for the great service.

It was great experience with Prime Hvac. Earlier American Home shield assigned the contractor for my AC repair, on reaching out to them... they were not available for week or so.... and without AC in the summer is not survivable. When I requested AHS to change the contractor, they assign Prime HVAC surprisingly they were available very next day. Ryan visited next the did the fix non working one and did the inspection of other unit which was working. and provided the recommendation. I am highly impress with work Prime did for me.

I can’t say enough good things about this company!!! In the middle of summer with 115° temps they came out late at night and took over a job that another company had been assigned and failed to fix by installing incorrect parts on our unit through our home warranty company. Prime HVAC LLC were friendly, professional and great to deal with. Needless to say, they are my ac company for LIFE!

While my experience with American Home Shield is a negative 100, Prime HVAC was good to work with. On time, communicative, thorough, and still got the assessment done quick.

Ryan was fantastic...on time, listened to issue, very thorough, extremely professional, diagnosed issue quickly and addressed it immediately. Everything was left in order when he left. Friendly and efficient... would highly recommend him to anyone!!!!

They were dispatched by my Home Warranty company and called me within an hour of being assigned. The appointment was set up for the next day. The Technician showed up in the appointment window, gathered some information of what was wrong and then got to work. The fan motor died in the A/C unit and he had the parts on him to fix it. The A/C is running great again. The technician was friendly and answered all my questions. Before he left he verified there wasn't anything else wrong.

Ryan was excellent....he is ALWAYS timely, extremely professional....yet very friendly, efficient and gives good detail on diagnosis of issue. I would highly recommend Prime HVAC ....and Ryan to anyone with AC issues!!
