In the past, whenever I had a company check my air conditioning units they have never been as thorough as Mark Daniels. Zack spent a good hour checking everything out and explaining in detail his concerns. Keeping my units running efficiently is very important to me because they are older units. I highly recommend this company.

UPDATE 05/28/20 - I'm so happy! The Mark Daniels team has taken care of me again. After SIX DAYS of no HVAC in an Arizona Summer I gave up on the cruddy company hired by my home warranty and went right back to Mark Daniels.

I called in the afternoon on a weekday and the very next morning his specialist was onsite with everything needed to take care of business. A job that the other company quoted absurd parts/labor hours and rates ended up taking his specialist maybe 90-120 minutes and worked perfectly. My house is so icy cold I had to move my computer desk because I wasn't used to having freezing air blowing out from the vents. I love it!

The punctuality, professionalism and value of this team cannot be overstated. Five stars and all the fixin's. This is the team to go with if you have a problem in the AZ valley.

Of all the worst luck my entire HVAC system went down on the day I moved into my first new house. The contractors from the home warranty offered me no backup solution while they waited for parts which could take days.

Mark was recommended to me by a friend and I cannot be more happy. He was here RIGHT at the beginning of his expected appointment window. He immediately understood my issue and provided me with recommendations on a temporary solution to get back up and running right on the spot (Unlike my home warranty selected team) and ensured I understood the situation. He also educated me on some factors to consider with this temporary solution and made sure I was fully prepared.

My house was 90 degrees inside all day yesterday in the AZ heat and today it feels like a winter paradise.

*Thank you so much Mark!* You and your partner also saved my house from potentially thousands of dollars of damage to the freshly installed laminate flooring. (It doesn't like to get too hot). The value with his service was unbeatable from my perspective.

I will be recommending Mark and his team to ANYBODY that has HVAC issues and needs somebody reliable. He's friendly, straight forward and gives off the vibes of somebody you can completely trust to take care of your problem.

Side Note: Mark and his partner came fully COVID-19 prepared with masks, gloves and other PPE to ensure no risk to myself or vice versa during the appointment. Another huge thumbs up.

They answer messages! They schedule quickly! They communicate well! They show up on time! All this PLUS they do a great job for a reasonable price and don’t try to get you to do things that don’t need to be done!

Mark Daniels and his crew have taken great care of our home's HVAC units for quite some time. They are always responsive, courteous, and professional. As property managers, we have even used them to maintain the HVAC units on the homes we manage. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!
