Upon inspection, Mark diagnosed the problem originating from an inadequate secondary drain pan for our air handler. He quickly proposed an effective solution, promptly ordering a custom drain pan for us.

Mark displayed great professionalism and urgency, having the new drain pan installed within just a few days. As soon as it was in place, the leaking stopped. Thanks to him, we could initiate the necessary repairs on the drywall of my daughter's ceiling without further water damage.
