Mark came out to my house quickly to trouble shoot why the AC wasn’t working after it was just serviced by his company a month ago. It was discovered the Freon had leaked out of a valve that may have not been tightened during the prior service. He told me he would cover the 1200.00 cost of Freon. I was extremely impressed by the honesty and integrity displayed by Mark. I will never use another AC company. I will be highly recommending him to family and friends!

Zack showed up on time and ready to get the job done. He was polite, friendly, neat and efficient. After he was finished he explained what he did and how our system, which Mark Daniels installed, was working. Really appreciate knowing that Mark Daniels are there for us when we need them.

Nice, professional employees. I have worked with Mark and Daniel. They have a service plan you can sign up for which has a summer and winter service, and you get discounted rates on repairs. They told me about this and got me signed up and it saved us money on the repair we needed. They send reminder texts. They also called ahead 30 minutes both times as I requested. Great company, will continue to use them.

We have had our AC service thru Mark for over 20 years and I can’t imagine having service from any other company. He and his staff are professional and dependable. He won’t replace or charge for anything you don’t need. He replaced our old air conditioning unit several years ago and with his maintenance plan it’s been working great. I have referred Mark to my family and friends and they feel the same way. You won’t be disappointed calling Mark Daniels AC they are the best.

So far so good. We had an issue with one of our AC units just before we were leaving the country. That company wanted to replace all 3 units, even though it was only one that was having an issue. Mark came out when we returned and we thought the one unit was dead. He didn't take that long to determine that it wasn't dead and that it appeared to be fixable. So he fixed it. He was not pushy to replace the unit, and definitely not the others that weren't having issues. I appreciated his integrity.

My air conditioning unit stopped working late in the afternoon on the very day we hit 118 degrees as a high for the summer. I called Mark Daniels Air Conditioning they set up an appointment for the following day with a window of service between 2-5pm. Much to my surprise i got a call back saying that a technician is in my area and would squeeze me in after his final appointment for the day around 6:30pm
That blew me away and thank God the tech had cold air blowing in my house that evening.
They also installed a new a/c unit and air handler for my upstairs after pointing out a freon leak in my 18-year old unit. I'm now environmentally compliant.

I had an issue with my a/c turning on shortly then turning back off. After replacing the capacitor and the contactor, I decided to do a search on our San Tan Valley Happenings page to see who my neighbors were using, and they recommended Mark Daniels AC. Gave them a call, Zach came out and tested my freon and stated it was about 3 lbs. low. He added the 3lbs. of freon and what do you know, the a/c stays on now and no issues. My daughters' bedroom faces south, so she gets a lot of heat from that side, but after Zach added the freon, her room is much cooler now and I don't have to have the a/c so low now. I will always use Mark Daniel's AC going forward. After I told my mechanic about them, his mother had an a/c issue and he reached out to me to find out who I used, I told him Mark Daniel's AC, so I know they'll get her a/c right as well.
