We called Mark Daniels after two other AC companies came out to fix an issue causing a leak in our ceiling. Both companies had been assigned to us by the warranty company and each took about a week of us calling and trying to obtain their diagnostics submitted for approval to the warranty company. We were finally so tired if spinning our wheels we decided to just look up a company with good reviews that we could trust. Mark had consulted on another home's AC issue and we knew he gave straight forward information with estimates that were well informed and fair. The other companies kept trying to put an expensive bandaid on an old unit that wouldn't have more than a year or so left. Mark's team explained the options thoroughly and provided very fast (we decided on late on Friday night and had the new unit installed by early Monday morning) quality work. They used good products and we already love our new unit, it's so quiet and efficient! When Mark laid out the cost difference in the bandaid fix the other companies had suggested and the new unit, it was a no brainer (just about $1500 for the difference that would add 10-15 years worth of work with unit 4 seers more than our current one). Neither of the other companies took the time to explain options they just tried to force the fix on us and give us the run around trying to track them down to find when they could fix the issue (mean while we were without AC in the summer of AZ working from home and with 5 kids all miserable from the heat.) We have a two unit system and you can bet won't be wasting our time again, we'll keep this company's info for the inevitable time when the other unit finally gives up.

Beyond impressed with Mark's professionalism and quality of service. It's not often you come across an honest, no nonsense business. We are stationed overseas and needed the AC repaired on our rental property. He gave us an honest assessment and helped us make the decision to replace the unit. Zach came out within 30 minutes of us calling because our air conditioner was not working. He replaced a bad motor same day and had us back up and cooling! Awesome service!!!

This week is the 3rd time I have had this company out for a problem on one (or the other) of my old Hvac units. They have been professional, on time, fairly priced. I never have to call them back or have someone else out, they fix it the first time. They always find a way to make it out to my place within the day or two, if not sooner. They make you feel like their priority. I've had their maintenance plan as well, I didn't have to worry about following up, they always called to schedule those with me before it was time. All in all, in really glad I found these guys.

Tech was in the area and responded within 30 minutes of my phone call. Dx the problem, made a run to get the part, and replaced it and tested the system within 2 hours of my initial call. My AC system is 23 years old. So happy to have working AC in August in Phoenix!
